You must have been quite young when you first signed up
Sixteen was when I made it official to run away from God and religion. I ran for a few decades, until I have a very powerful "conversion" experience in 2003. Even after that I did not really turn my life over to God for another year. After convincing myself that the God of the Bible was not real (I knew there was something, I just did not know what that something was) it was difficult to upend my whole way of thinking and accept that what I had been seeking was the same as what I had been running from for all those years. God moves in mysterious ways...
What country is your flag for? I do not recognize it
When I talk in Celcius I usually also convert to Fahrenheit because it seems that the majority of people here are from the States and they go by Fahrenheit degrees... whereas if I talk Fahrenheit to my daughter, she has no idea what I am talking about LOL. I speak both languages It has been very chilly here in Vancouver, lots of snow and ice and rain and sunshiney days in between, we have it all here We are being promised more snow over the weekend. We don't normally have that much snow or go below zero for any length of time so this winter's weather has been unusual It is normally quite temperate here; we are right by the Pacific ocean.

Im agree with you, I have being blessed to grew up in a Christian Home.. But parents were missionaries in Central America so that since I was a little kid I gave my heart to Jesus, in the last years I had made some wrong decisions and now Im working to build an strong relationship with Him again.... Is not easy to be Christian, but we must persevere until the end ❤
It gets easier as you learn to depend more and more on God... when Jesus said to lay our burdens on Him, He really meant it
I am glad you are walking in the way of faith. It is a lifelong journey! I have known a few people whose parents were pastors or similar, and it seems that sometimes that makes it very difficult for the children... me, I left the church and then at 18 moved away from home and then four years later moved way across the country so it was like starting a new life in a way, free of all the ties from home but of course you never really leave those things behind... and I love my family dearly but as a young woman in full rebellion I certainly did not want them interfering in my life haha oops yeah I have ten brothers and sister so it was quite a large family I grew up in Do you have siblings?

Did you find that happen in your family dynamic?
Of course it is to be expected that as you age you take on more responsibility, but I remember even as a really little kid I had to look after my even younger sisters and it was not always easy, for instance, one time we were across the street at the school yard which was all frozen over and my sister who is three years younger than I am took a hockey puck in the mouth that knocked out her two front teeth. It also made a bit of a mess with the blood and all. As a six year old I felt pretty bad about that, but really there was not much I could do about it. We were all just trying to enjoy the winter weather; where I was born and raised there was always tons of snow in the winter
