Usually the glaze will compromise the health factor. I bake my salmon I the oven with lemon, dill, salt and pepper. Easy, delicious and healthy.

Its delicious baked with a thin layer of mayo, lemon slices and capers.

Or you could brush some maple syrup on it instead if you want a sweet tasting meal. :giggle:

Low heat, don’t overlook, won’t dry out. My salmon is always juicy and flaky.

We had salmon last night, with a squeeze lime instead of lemon with homemade tartar sauce.
That seems like a 'low' heat. To be safe, perhaps 240 or 235. Are we talking Celsius or Fahrenheit? Any temp lower and you will be eating sushi. Actually, it's not so bad if you think about it. Good tartar sauce though. Seriously, I'm trending towards limes.
