I dont consider a date to be a date if have to stay home and cook lol

Those are 2 whole slabs cooked over charcoal. If I really wanted a "perfect picture" I should have flipped the bottom rack and sauced them up first. What you're seeing there is simply brined, rubbed, and baked :giggle:

That's what I want for dinner the next couple days. Let's start with the succulent pot roast and then the scrumptious lasagna.

Since I'm a baker, I'd either make a decent meal and finish it off with warm gooey brownies or maybe a maple bacon cake... dont knock it till you try it, or some sort of baked good .... I really dont even know the answer myself... I'll be thinking on it.

I stopped in here not for the food but because I'm old to remember Hank Williams song--Hey, hey good lookin, what got cookin up for me
