Brother Deade, God needs you healthy and strong!

Dear Heavenly Father,

You are kind, compassionate and so merciful towards us...... thank You! Please adjust the alkaline ph balances in Deade's body to help stabilize and promote a healthy digestive system for Deade. Thank You, Father for hearing us.... You always know what we need and You supply, thank You! We love You and ask this in the Name of Yeshua/Jesus, acknowledging Your great love for us, amen.

Deade! I didn't know what to pray exactly but, the Holy Spirit just took over and started saying "alkaline ph balance"....... I had to stop typing and ask "What's that?" I googled and sure enough there is an Alkaline PH Balance Diet! lol! :giggle:

God is so good! He's telling you what to do!! I just love Him sooooo much! :love:(y)

I just read that article. I didn't know eating fresh fruit for desert isn't good. They said it takes too long to break down on a full stomach. I usually have a mix of pineapple - strawberries - banana throughout the day. They say eat those on an empty stomach.

I eat very little meat. I usually start my evening meal with a salad consisting of lettuce - tomato - broccoli - cauliflower - raw carrot. Then a half portion of a main course.

Been awhile since I have posted been busy with work, helping people and stuff, but, thought I'd drop in for a little bit, it's my birthday and you are my friends so wanted to stop by😃
