ALL in Asia had actually turned away from Paul (2 Timothy 1:15), and the Message which he preached unto them. The Way of The Cross never becomes a comfortable Way, but it is God’s only Way!

Once we stop seeing every Chapter and ever Verse of Scripture through the Cross of Jesus Christ, we are no longer seeing with the eyes of Biblical Faith. Every Word of God is “In Righteousness” (Proverbs 8:8), but God’s Righteousness is only revealed in the Gospel to those who go from faith to faith in the Gospel (Romans 1:16-17). This Righteousness is only imparted as the initial and secure position In Christ at the Born Again experience, and as fruit daily as our faith stands in the Cross of Christ alone (2 Corinthians 5:21, Galatians 2:20-21). We can talk about the blood of Jesus all day long, but faith does NOT come by speaking, but rather by hearing (Romans 10:17), and it is only when man believes with His heart unto THAT Righteousness (What Christ did at Calvary), that God honors THAT FAITH (Galatians 2:20) with Grace and Fruit!

Bible study question? If the Believer is frustrating grace by their Faith being misplaced; by not placing and maintaining their Faith exclusively in Christ and Him Crucified - will grace continue to much more abound over sin in the life of a Believer?

Please post scripture(s) with your reply.
"If the Believer is frustrating grace by their Faith being misplaced"

You don't need scripture to answer that question. Being born the first time alone is an act of grace. You don't have to do anything to accept it, and obviously nothing you'd do would frustrate it.

Book, chapter, and verse that says Nothing You Do Will Frustrate GRACE. Gal. 2:21, Matthew 7:14, Rev. 3:1

Book, chapter, and verse that says putting faith in anything other the "the Cross" will "Frustrate GRACE".

The Miracle of God’s Word

Galatians 5:14
For all the law is fulfilled in one word, even in this; Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.

Everything we are called to do as the Children of God has to take place BY FAITH or else it isn’t the Lord working in and through us BY GRACE, and Jesus taught us that we can DO NOTHING without Him (John 15:5). The Law was completely carried out and obeyed in its fullest by Christ through His perfect obedience, and that obedience was unto death on the Cross, therefore for the Law to be fulfilled in us, our faith must be in Him and His Atoning Sacrifice.

If we are to love our neighbor as ourselves, this means we will esteem our neighbor above ourselves (Philippians 2:3), for this is what love does, and then we will see the very manifestation of Love, which was manifest at the Cross of Christ (1 John 4:9-10). This can only take place properly BY THE SPIRIT of God through faith in the Cross, or else it will just be us trying hard to work to love our neighbor. We might think we are doing good today, but tomorrow comes! Let us hold fast to this like precious faith never looking away from Christ and His Sacrificial work, for there we will find His Grace which flows through there and there alone (Galatians 2:21).

Seeking God in His Word and experiencing Him through faith in the sacrifice of Christ!
