lutherans teach that salvation comes by grace alone through faith alone in jesus christ alone...

lutherans were in fact the first since the days of the early church to hold this doctrine...
 
I'm autistic and schizophrenic. I also had 30 years of reality breaks where everyone said I was going to Hell. I'm sorry if I caused any trouble here. The fact is that for 30, thanks to a few people that didn't exist, my faith took a beating like never before.

PN you did not cause any trouble and asked a valid and one of the most important questions every christian has asked at one point in their early walk. Your faith in Jesus Christ, belief that he died on the cross for your sins is salvation.

If you continue to believe Jesus and trust in the Atonement He secured for your salvation then the Holy Spirit shall remain with you and you shall be saved..

1 Timothy 4:KJV
16 Take heed unto thyself, and unto the doctrine; continue in them: for in doing this thou shalt both save thyself, and them that hear thee.

Keep believing...Do not fall away from the truth..

Colossians 1:KJV
19 For it pleased the Father that in him should all fulness dwell;
