Have you read about the Mount of Transfiguration? Was Jesus a "whispy ghost" then? Or was that His celestial body, as He is now at the Throne of God?
Nowhere does it say that Jesus’ transfiguration transformed him into anything other than a human form. His garments turned intensely white and everything, maybe even his face glowed of Gods glory a bit like Moses in the OT .Clearly the disciples could tell it was still Jesus though and not only identify Jesus with their human eyes but still see and identify Moses and Elijah using imperfect human eyes they identified them. “Celestial” makes us more radiant and beaming yes, holy, fully redeemed, sanctified, but certainly won’t cause us to lose our original humanity as God designed us pre-fall. Adam and Eve were Gods perfect humanity prior to the fall why would He bring us back to anything other than what was a perfect state?

I believe the following prophetic words are literal. Also noting "House of Israel" which is the Ten Tribers that the LORD divorced and came back as Yeshua to give his life and resurrect to save them (although only a remnant are saved.)

Ezekiel
39:8 Behold, it is come, and it is done, saith the Lord GOD; this is the day whereof I have spoken.
39:9 And they that dwell in the cities of Israel shall go forth, and shall set on fire and burn the weapons, both the shields and the bucklers, the bows and the arrows, and the handstaves, and the spears, and they shall burn them with fire seven years:
39:10 So that they shall take no wood out of the field, neither cut down any out of the forests; for they shall burn the weapons with fire: and they shall spoil those that spoiled them, and rob those that robbed them, saith the Lord GOD.
39:11 And it shall come to pass in that day, that I will give unto Gog a place there of graves in Israel, the valley of the passengers on the east of the sea: and it shall stop the noses of the passengers: and there shall they bury Gog and all his multitude: and they shall call it The valley of Hamongog.
39:12 And seven months shall the house of Israel be burying of them, that they may cleanse the land.
39:13 Yea, all the people of the land shall bury them; and it shall be to them a renown the day that I shall be glorified, saith the Lord GOD.
39:14 And they shall sever out men of continual employment, passing through the land to bury with the passengers those that remain upon the face of the earth, to cleanse it: after the end of seven months shall they search.
39:15 And the passengers that pass through the land, when any seeth a man's bone, then shall he set up a sign by it, till the buriers have buried it in the valley of Hamongog.
39:16 And also the name of the city shall be Hamonah. Thus shall they cleanse the land.

We can find Jesus’ own parables about the Kingdom very helpful to us as well. This was Jesus’ primary teachings after all .

Love to have a post on the parables.
Mat 13:34 All these things spake Jesus unto the multitude in parables; and without a parable spake he not unto them:
Mat 13:35 That it might be fulfilled which was spoken by the prophet, saying, I will open my mouth in parables; I will utter things which have been kept secret from the foundation of the world.

Mat 13:10 And the disciples came, and said unto him, Why speakest thou unto them in parables?
Mat 13:11 He answered and said unto them, Because it is given unto you to know the mysteries of the kingdom of heaven, but to them it is not given.

Well I wouldn’t be too sure about that. The words of rev 21 say something different. I think He comes to dwell with us on Renewed Earth.

“And I saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband. And I heard a loud voice from the throne saying, “Behold, the dwelling place of God is with man. He will dwell with them, and they will be his people, and God himself will be with them as their God.”
‭‭Revelation‬ ‭21‬:‭2‬-‭3‬ ‭ESV‬‬
Rev 21:1 And I saw a new heaven and a new earth: for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away; and there was no more sea.
Rev 21:2 And I John saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband.
Rev 21:3 And I heard a great voice out of heaven saying, Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and he will dwell with them, and they shall be his people, and God himself shall be with them, and betheir God.
Rev 21:4 And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away.
Rev 21:5 And he that sat upon the throne said, Behold, I make all things new. And he said unto me, Write: for these words are true and faithful.
Rev 21:6 And he said unto me, It is done. I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end. I will give unto him that is athirst of the fountain of the water of life freely.
Rev 21:7 He that overcometh shall inherit all things; and I will be his God, and he shall be my son.
Rev 21:8 But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death.

Yeshua our savior also said this about the kingdom;

Joh 14:1 Let not your heart be troubled: ye believe in God, believe also in me.
Joh 14:2 In my Father's house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you.
Joh 14:3 And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also.
Joh 14:4 And whither I go ye know, and the way ye know.
Joh 14:5 Thomas saith unto him, Lord, we know not whither thou goest; and how can we know the way?
Joh 14:6 Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.
Joh 14:7 If ye had known me, ye should have known my Father also: and from henceforth ye know him, and have seen him.

Blessings,

Jesus said this yes but it was only ment for people who act on kindness which is something your mean spirit lacks in.

I can pray for my self thanks and I would not want you to pray for me.

So if you want to pray for me ask for approval first as I will say no to you.

As you need to pray for your self and take that enormous plank out of your own eye first befor you look to see one in mine.

You might carefully re-read . My understanding is Believers don’t get to experience the Great white throne Judgment. We believers instead as Sons and Daughters experience what’s called the bema seat of judgement - we are secure in our salvation- we get to see our works tested by fire and whatever works survive the fire test are justly rewarded.

“Now if anyone builds on the foundation with gold, silver, precious stones, wood, hay, straw— each one’s work will become manifest, for the Day will disclose it, because it will be revealed by fire, and the fire will test what sort of work each one has done. If the work that anyone has built on the foundation survives, he will receive a reward. If anyone’s work is burned up, he will suffer loss, though he himself will be saved, but only as through fire.”
‭‭1 Corinthians‬ ‭3‬:‭12‬-‭15‬ ‭ESV‬‬
this is correct

no one knows because forever is an eternally long time, (half joking)! FOREVER IS THE ANSWER. if a Christian dies right now he or she goes immediately into the presence of God. Christians alive at the Rapture will immediately receive glorified bodies & be in heaven but the dead in Christ will be 1st. i think we"re instantly transformed on how we get to heaven. heaven is in the north area of the sky. Christians will return to earth for the millennium (1,000 years) period.
Were does the Bible say that Christians will be on earth for the millennium.?

Revelation is written in a chiastic structure. Not everything is in order but it can understood by linking it with other scripture.

Rev 20:1-6 talks about an angel coming down from heaven and chaining up the devil so he can't deceive anyone for 1000 years. It talks about those that are raised in the first resurrection and that rule with Jesus for 1000 years.

The rest of the dead do not come back to life until the 1000 years is over vs 5..

Verse 7-10 After the 1000 years the devil is released for a short time and gathers the unsaved to fight against the saved and holy city.
God burns them including the devil with fire. Verse 11-15 repeats things but from the judgement side.
This is the second death, Rev 20:15 And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire.
Rev 21:1- 8 talks about the new Jerusalem coming down and repeats what was said in chap 20 but from the saved perspective.
God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; ....for the former things are passed away. God will make all things new. The lost and unsaved, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death.

The rest of the chapter is about an angel showing John the New Jerusalem and its dimensions.

1Th 4:15-17 the dead and the living meat Jesus in the air.
Joh 14:2-3 In my Father's house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. 3 And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also.
Mat 24:27 For as the lightning cometh out of the east, and shineth even unto the west; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.
1Co 15:51-53 Behold, I shew you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed, 52 In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed. 53 For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality.

From the verses above the saved are taken to heaven to be with Jesus for the 1000 years which starts at his second coming. Satan is chained up.
The saved come back with Jesus in the new Jerusalem and the second death happens. Death is destroyed forever.
Jesus makes all things new.

Revelation 20:4 KJV
And I saw thrones, and they sat upon them, and judgment was given unto them: and I saw the souls of them that were beheaded for the witness of Jesus, and for the word of God, and which had not worshipped the beast, neither his image, neither had received his mark upon their foreheads, or in their hands; and they lived and reigned with Christ a thousand years.

Just wondering, if some of you who are well versed in the Word,

How long will believers be in heaven? Eternally? A week? A year? 1000 years?

When do believers go to heaven? At moment of death? At the rapture dead or alive?

How do believers go to heaven? Float up in the air? Instantly changed before entering heaven?

Where is heaven?

Will believers return to Earth after receiving their new bodies?

Will believers have work/jobs after going to heaven?
When our LORD Jesus Christ returns, the dead in Christ will rise first. Then we (in Christ) are caught up, alive, also. To be for ever with the LORD.
The scripture indicates that this will happen halfway through the 7 years of tribulation. So the Antichrist will reign then for the last 3 1/2 years.
The LORDS church is a hindrance and the Antichrist cannot reign until it is taken out of the way.
At some stage there will be the “marriage supper of the Lamb.”
At the end of the reign of the Antichrist, the Lord returns to earth, with us (saints) who have overcome and endured to the end.

Revelation 19:15 KJV
And out of his mouth goeth a sharp sword, that with it he should smite the nations: and he shall rule them with a rod of iron: and he treadeth the winepress of the fierceness and wrath of Almighty God.

Then the thousand year reign of Christ begins.
Our work is to rule and reign with Christ over the nations that are left, on this earth.

Heaven is at the throne of God, above.

1 Thessalonians 4:16-17 KJV
For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first:
[17] Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.
1 Corinthians 15:52 KJV
In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.

2 Corinthians 5:8 KJV
We are confident, I say, and willing rather to be absent from the body, and to be present with the Lord.

Absence from the body means present with the LORD, for a Christian.

Daniel 7:18 KJV
But the saints of the most High shall take the kingdom, and possess the kingdom for ever, even for ever and ever.

Proverbs 15:24 KJV
The way of life is above to the wise, that he may depart from hell beneath.

Matthew 23:22 KJV
And he that shall swear by heaven, sweareth by the throne of God, and by him that sitteth thereon.

And I John saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down from
God out of heaven, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband.
Based on the verses you provided the New Jerusalem is definitely coming down on earth.

John Gill had interesting thoughts on this:

And I saw a new heaven and a new earth,.... This vision relates to a glorious state of the church, not in the times of the apostles, or first dispensation of the Gospel; when the old Jewish church state, with its ordinances, rites, and ceremonies, passed away, and a new church state, a new dispensation, new ordinances, and a new people, took place; and when saints came not to Mount Sinai, but to Mount Sion, the city of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem; and when God tabernacled and dwelt with men in particular churches and congregations; and the curse of the law and the sting of death were taken away by Christ, and there was no condemnation to them that were in him; which is the sense of some: but death did not then cease, it has reigned over men in common ever since, in a natural way, and immediately upon that dispensation arose persecution unto death, both by Jews and Gentiles; and for the first three hundred years, instead death being no more, and sorrow and sighing fleeing away, there was scarce anything else: nor can it be said that there was no temple, or places of pubic worship, or that the church had no need of the sun and moon of the Gospel and Gospel ordinances then, since these have continued ever since, and will to the end of the world; nor did the kings of the earth bring their honour and glory into that church state in any sense, but set themselves against it, and endeavoured to destroy it; nor were the churches even of that age so pure as here described,
