I know how the pain seems too great, Jesus wats you to look away from what is bringing your sorrow, and look at Him, He will bring His good and healing to your pain, all Jesus asks is that you keep your eyes on Him.

Even if you are don't say it. It's like if you think you got Cancer, don't say it. Doubt the assumption. Like think and observe.... "I use to be depressed, but I'm no longer that person. I'm making positive changes. Thinking positive and not thinking so much anymore. I'm shrugging off those old warn out beliefs that are no longer serving me."

Go to the Head of the Body of Christ, that is Jesus, Himself. He came into the world not to condemn but to forgive. He declared also that He desires mercy and not sacrifice.
