All I do is read a posted topic and it automatically is subscribed, then my email is inundated with everyone's post!

How do I change the set up in my christian chat account?

go to "settings" (upper right of the forum page),

click on "general settings" (menu on the left side of the page),

then scroll down to "default subscription mode" and set it to "do not subscribe",

then scroll to the bottom of the page and click "save changes"
