I remember I had one ten year old boy twist my arm. I was flatting with the mum and her two kids, and he was only 'playing' but it really hurt and I couldn't work for two weeks. I had to go on ACC. I was in my twenties and done nothing to hurt him. I cried in pain and he only laughed at me, thought it was funny. It was not.

I didn't say you weren't intending to be honest
I was trying to point to a reality that's deeper

And maybe I'm somehow different to everyone else in this matter
 
Well spiritual realities can be hard for those living in the natural/in the flesh which most people do live in as long as they have their bodies, it hungers, it feels pain, we have to look after it, it decays, we don't always treat it with respect.

Living in our bodies...means practically everyone who is alive and breathing.

Um..I may not use the exact words you do, and English is a funny language, especially written English, but yea. People make mistakes all the time, it's just part of being human. That's why everyone needs a saviour, and for Christians. they've found their saviour in Jesus. Or Jesus found them.

Including you and me of course.

what is understandable is that we were kids then. it's what kids do, it's a part of growing up. we were nuts back then. we used to shoot each other with pellet guns. also, we used to throw hand fulls of rocks at cop cars!!! if i told you anything more that we did, you'd never talk to me again!!!!!

there was a huge amount of people who were "nuts" back in the 70's where we grew up. what's so difficult to believe? twas an impoverished are that we grew up in. lots of poor people with unChrisitanlike upbringings.
