I bought it in a small town's pharmacy (you need doctor 's documentation to buy it in big cities like HK and Beijing ) ,it costs 26 HKD.

Yes it is Hydroxychloroquine Sulfate. I have left over pills for when I was taking it for RA 5 years ago. Expired med!
Right now there is a terrible shortage of Plaquenil or Hydroxychloroquine Sulfate. People with lupus and Rheumatoid Arthritis. That is who this drug is supposed to be for. They could die with it.
Further, I have read all the latest information, and Plaquenil does NOT work prophylacticly for COVID-19
IOW you are wasting a drug that is in short supply, needed for autoimmune people, and perhaps for people who have COVID-19. There still are no good studies that say it works, just anecdotal reports.
I was on Plaquenil for a year. I had no side effects. But other people I know have had reactions. This is not doctor supplied, so what will you do if you have a severe allergic reaction. Do you know you need to check with an ophthalmologist, every year for 5 years to make sure you aren't going blind from this drug?
You need to go off and not take it unless you get real COVID-19 symptoms. And feel bad that you are wasting a supply of the drug for nothing. It will not provide you with any immunity, or blocking the virus. Just a complete waste of a drug for people who really need it, for helping a medical condition, that many people do have!

This is not a safe thing to do. Unless a doctor tells you that you need it and it is safe for you, then you should not do this.

His daughter looked help on internet, My Wuhan friend gave it to the Hong Kong man but he also contracted the CCP virus. The two patients had Hydroxychloroquine simultaneously , after two days, the HK man went shopping in a far supermarket! I just want you to be safe. The drug is not meant to prevent COVID-19. It is used to treat severe cases if you already have it. It can have serious side effects. I do not want you to risk yourself little brother.
