"For God has not given us a spirit of fear, (literally, cowardice) but of power, love, and self-control." (2 Timothy 1:7) Fear is OK if you are in danger. It is necessary to keep us from danger at times. But you are suffering from excessive fear.
I suggest that you read Psalm 34. Seek the Lord and He will deliver you from your fears. That does not mean you sit on the balcony and watch a tornado coming towards you. Trust God with your whole life. And seek shelter if necessary.
