I find it funny so many people want to change my questions to their own will.
To use a Bill Clinton-ism, it depends how you define "completed". I will vote for the first option then, interpretting "completed" as when the books that make up the Bible were compiled and officially finalized becoming one whole book of books called The Holy Bible.
John was given the book of Revelation while exiled on the island of Patmos. Some scholars think he was allowed back following Emperor Domitian's death 96 AD.
He circulated the book to the 7 churches of Asia at that point. That was the completion of the Bible. Up to that point there would have been many scribes copying the other epistles and the gospels and sending them to the other churches.

Rather it was COLLATED or not GODS WORD to man written form ended around 100 AD , GENESIS TO REVELATION....there are NO OTHER INSPIRED BOOKS

Did you really think those who base their whole salvation on their false claim/false premise that the whole Holy Bible existed/was completed between AD 30 and AD 100 would post a link showing the whole Holy Bible they believe was existed/completed between AD 30 AND AD 100; don't get their hopes up?
You are probably looking to the
ecumenical church council of Laodicea 363 when that collective of churches canonized the books of the Bible. Sometime in the following century the Catholic churches had a similar council.
Being a Bible believing Christian, I reject the authority of all the ecumenical councils as holding authority over the true churches. God used autonomous churches that spread the true gospel since the ascension of Christ. His Word was copied and circulated to churches throughout, even before John completed the last book. The notion that the Holy Bible did not exist until some ecumenical collective of apostate churches put their stamp of approval on it with the title Holy Bible", is not a truly Biblical view. It is a Catholic view.
No one basis their salvation on when the Bible was completed but rather the basis of everyone’s salvation is Jesus Christ.
Better yet, when was scripture completely preserved by God in one collection of books called the holy Bible?

Your ability to discuss the Bible is pretty amazing, thoroughly researched and always lots of Scripture
verses linked together to give full support to your view. I keep my posts fairly short most of the time,
so when I am exposing someone for who and what they are, it takes a minimum of my time but is
hopefully maximally beneficial for those who may not know the other person better.
