Out of the 45k denominations, which one is authorized by God? Which one is right? Which one should someone be a part of while not the other 44k? Are they all right? Are they all brothers and sisters of the same body? Then why don’t they join each other’s denomination? Why are there denominations on streets, right after the other? And if each is considered biblical to the other, then why do they go to different ones and assemble separately? Why do they all profess Christ, but all contradict the other in practice or teachings? Paul asked “Is Christ divided?”

Following the Lord often means walking away from a larger group.

Those who cooperate with God's requirement for salvation (GRFS) are authorized or right and should be joined.
Yes, they are spiritual siblings of Christ's body, but there is no perfect denomination, and folks may prefer
different ways of worship, although there will be no contradiction of essential doctrine, which I believe is this:

The normative way of stating GRFS in the NT is “Accept Christ Jesus as Lord” (as in Acts 16:31, 2Cor. 4:5 & Col. 2:6).
The main points of Christian orthodoxy implicit in this statement can be explained or elaborated as follows:
  1. There is a/one all-loving and just Lord or Creator God (Deut. 6:4, John 3:16, 2Thes. 1:6), who is both able (2Tim. 1:12) and willing (1Tim. 2:3-4, Ezek. 33:11) to provide all morally accountable human beings salvation or heaven—a wonderful life full of love, joy and peace forever.
  2. Human beings are selfish or sinful (Rom. 3:23, 2Tim. 3:2-4, Col. 3:5), miserable (Gal. 5:19-21), and hopeless (Eph. 2:12) or hell-bound at the judgment (Matt. 23:33 & 25:46) when they reject God’s salvation (John 3:18, Rom. 2:5-11).
  3. Jesus is God’s Messiah/Christ and incarnate Son, the way that God has chosen (John 3:16, Acts 16:30-31, Phil. 2:9-11) of providing salvation by means of his atoning death on the cross for the payment of the penalty for the sins of humanity (Rom. 3:22-25 & 5:9-11), followed by his resurrection to reign in heaven (1Cor. 15:14-28).
  4. Thus, every person who hears the NT Gospel needs to repent and accept God’s grace or justification in Jesus as Christ/Messiah the Lord or Supreme Commander (Luke 2:11, John 14:6, Acts 16:31), at which moment God’s loving Holy Spirit of Christ indwells/baptizes the believer into the church (Rev. 3:20, Rom. 5:5, 1Cor. 12:13).
  5. Loving Christ Jesus as Lord (Luke 2:11), God the Son (Matt. 16:16) or God in the human dimension (Col. 2:9) means reflecting divine love as empowered by the Holy Spirit, thereby obeying His command to love one another (Matt. 7:21, 22:37-40, John 13:35, Rom. 13:9)—forever (Matt. 10:22, Psa. 113:2), which will eventually achieve spiritual maturity on earth and heaven after Christ returns at God’s resurrection (John 14:6, 17&26, Rom. 8:6-17, Gal. 6:7-9, Eph. 1:13-14, Phil. 3:12-16, Heb. 10:36, 12:1, Jam. 1:2-4).

Division comes because people are more interested in correct doctrine than in the right life. The root of this is self righteous pride. Churches have divided over disagreement with the way to baptise people. One group said the believer should go under backwards and the other said no, it must be forward.

When only the intellect is engaged to form doctrines, it's certain that disagreements will arise. The Bible is spiritual book for spiritual people. We need the guidance of the Holy Spirit to lead us into truth. It's not a matter of opinion. It's, "What is God saying?"

No denomination is recognised by God. There is one church, the BOC (Body of Christ). There is the local church, and the universal church. Someone may have every theological degree possible and still be outside the church. The believer cleaning the church toilets will get into the kingdom instead.

Don't choose a church because of its denomination. Find one that is alive. It's not so easy, but ask God to lead you.

Out of the 45k denominations, which one is authorized by God? None.

Which one is right? Since none are authorized by God, none is right. They may be right on some things, but they are either wrong on how to be saved, worship, etc etc. They are on the doctrine/teachings of Christ.

Which one should someone be a part of while not the other 44k? None.

Are they all right? No.

Are they all brothers and sisters of the same body? They claim that, but deep down they don’t really believe that.

Then why don’t they join each other’s denomination? Because they don’t really believe all are their spiritual brethren.

Why are there denominations on streets, right after the other? Because they don’t like the truth.

And if each is considered biblical to the other, then why do they go to different ones and assemble separately? See answer to number 5 and 6.

Why do they all profess Christ, but all contradict the other in practice or teachings? See number 7.

I do not worry, wonder, or seek what they say.

I find it better to read the Bible and not go by what they say.

I believe I will understand better.

People make a mockery of everything.

1Co 1:12 Now this I say, that every one of you saith, I am of Paul; and I of Apollos; and I of Cephas; and I of Christ.
1Co 1:13 Is Christ divided? was Paul crucified for you? or were ye baptized in the name of Paul?

I am of John Calvin.

Oh yeah I am of Martin Luther.

Well big deal I am of Joseph Smith.

Whoopy de do I am of Charles Russell.

Don't make me laugh I am of Ellen White.

Pffffft I am of L. Ron Hubbard.

You are out of your mind I am of Mary Baker Eddy.

Give me a break I am of the Pope.

Put that in your Pope I mean Pipe and smoke it.

And all the different teachers there are today people clinging to them.

Oh he is great, and she is spectacular, and he is wonderful with a cherry on top.

Some people are happier having joined a club than having abandoned their lives to follow a Person.
