Is it Necessary to do the Will of the Father to Enter Into the Kingdom of Heaven?

No, we do not have to "do" anything to enter His kingdom outside of repentance, which is a gift from Him anyway. As a matter of fact, and I had to change my answer after giving it some thought first, but there is actually nothing we can do to enter His kingdom. I am in the kingdom right now along with everyone else that has been born again in truth since Acts 2. This question is also a little tricky because if we are saved then it was Gods will for that to be so. This comes back down to the osas vs the "we're in charge of our own sanctification by our own power" debate that rages around here.
Is it our "choice" that saves us. Do we "find Him", or does He draw us and grant us repentance? Does He get ALL glory for our salvation, or do we get a little bit because we choose right? I am of the belief that God does it all, every bit of it and gets every last bit of glory for it. I am not denying we have choice and a will of our own, I just don't think "free will" is the best way to describe what we have. His word tells us clearly that we are a slave of sin or slave of Christ, and if you were truly transformed by Jesus blood then you WILL obey (not "have to" obey), and cannot lose salvation. I believe He loses none the Father gives Him, and He will finish the good work He started in us. If He has transformed you then your life will reflect this fact and you will work hard not to sin and to glorify Him. It's not at all like some people on here try to sell, they make salvation a "chance" and say God drops a huge burden on us when we are born again, having to obey in order to "keep" salvation. I believe we work BECAUSE of salvation therefore He gets ALL glory for it, they teach we better obey "FOR" salvation and if they make it they get the credit for obeying better than those who lost theirs. A garbage way of teaching, and completely works based salvation. A false gospel.

You don't worry, you won't have to be bothered to do the will of the Father to go to that terrible place called hell.

We have to hear and believe the gospel Jesus preached and made promises in

have to hear what he said first and then we can act by faith because we believe it’s true but if we pretend we do t actually have to do what he said we’re deceiving ourselves

We have to first hear his word

airs only then we can begin to act upon it mostly I notice Jesus teachings arent well known and most often confused with Moses teachings in the law
Gods will is to hear and believe the word he sent into the world promising salvation the word about Christ Jesus
In the gospel as we hear more of it we are learning gods will for us to live life the right way and we can begin to co form to Christ the son of God by this process of hearing , trusting and following our lord from faith to faith as we hear and grow in his word
We can be safe from the start by believing in the” one God sent “ eho promised salvation to all

For us to hear and believe and follow Jesus as Lord is the Will of God
You must be born from above. That's the only requirement. Everything else attends salvation.
It is impossible to be born from above without doing the will of the Father.

I am not "missing" anything. My statement stands as printed. Split hairs and spin wheels to your hearts delight, though.You are missing the word "Doing".
That's the very definition of a works based salvation. The fact is, one cannot do the will of God apart from a relationship with Christ. Look a little closer at Matthew 7:21-23. They weren't sent away due to disobedience. They were told to depart because Jesus never knew them...never born from above.
There exists a reality to salvation. Dead people are made spiritually alive. All things become new. Those who have experienced this obey because their natures have been changed, and not as a result of their personal endeavor...I live, yet not I; Christ lives (or liveth) in me.

Jesus said "Not everyone who says to me 'Lord, Lord' will enter the kingdom of heaven; but only the one who does the will of My Father in heaven." So, what is the "will" of the Father? Jesus addressed that also: "For this is the will of My Father, that everyone who beholds the Son and believes in Him will have eternal life, and I Myself will raise him up on the last day."

May I ask which church you attend? denomination in other words? I am asking because I see you have been saved but 3 years and we are to grow in Christ so I am wondering where you get fed since I saw you do attend church
