Jesus was in the beginning, too. God the Father created all things through Jesus. So the same God of the NT was in the OT.

The Jews in the OT were many times disobedient, wandered off course, bowing to other gods; God is a jealous God who demands respect, and obedience. Many times God destroyed many wicked nations, but showed unconditional love and patience to His people.
Jesus is God in the O T and every thing made, was made by Him.
He gave the Covenant to Moses and Spoke to Israel from the mountain.
there are lots of folks that do not agree. my sister believes it was the Father not Christ and she does not like the God of the O T.

Which one? Which NIV edition? Which NASB edition? Which ESV edition? They differ among themselves even among their own editions in radical ways and this was not due to the printing technology not being perfected yet. So one has a Bible buffet mentality. Don't like that reading? Ah, just switch to that Bible over there instead. That's what dumb about the Modern Bible Movement. It's just so obviously fake. You wouldn't test fly a plane that was built on conflicting schematics. Then why do it with a book that deals with your very soul? It's madness.

Side Note:

Even your Greek critical text is not stable. What will the Nestle and Aland Greek look like 100 years from now if the Lord has not returned yet? So you have a shape-shifter text that is never settled. You are all still trying to figure out what God said when us TR/KJV believers have already figure it out. We have God's words.

...
You're only presuming that they're radically different from each other, and haven't tried to personally confirm your case.
I started out on the KJV when I was younger. Later in my walk I switched to the WEB, because I wanted to read the Apocrypha.
What do I get when I compare both versions? A little different wording but the same underlying effect. None of the meaning is lost between them.

I think you're aware of the chain of command the rigerously vets all manuscripts and books created from them, and are willfully diregarding it to stand against me. If the discrepencies are as you say, then show us the evidence. Otherwise you're no better than the atheist strawman that the bible is altered much.
Compare your book of Isaiah to the book found in the bibles your condemn, then compare them to the oldest discovered and preserved version of Isaiah, found among the dead sea scrolls.

A working knowledge of Greek, Hebrew and Aramaic is a good thing to know. I took a few semesters of Hebrew in college. But it's been soooo long ago.
There are some excellent reference books for those that are needing help with the original languages. New International Dictionary of New Testament Theology and the Old Testament version are excellent reference books
Unger's Bible Dictionary and Bible handbook are great concise books for understanding.
I like reading a chronological Bible for helping to understand timelines and how different books intermingle with one another.

I'm not a KJV only camp member

The NKJV is easier to understand as it has today’s proper American vernacular. Personally, I don’t like to read the old English; it’s even outdated in the UK.

I’ve read where many other versions have added/ deleted verses. The more slang versions are the least correct.
The NKJV is a counterfeit and they did not always follow the Textus Receptus Beza 1598 like the KJV did. 1 John 3:16 in the NKJV removes "Θεοῦ" (God) and yet it is in the Beza 1598 Greek. There are also translation differences that follow the Critical Text Bibles, as well. Most of all the NKJV translators were Critical Text advocates and they thought the Textus Receptus was in inferior textual stream. So why were they working on something they disagreed with? No doubt it was the money.

So now your a mind reader or able to know about people's lives?
Anyway, I am speaking from experience and not guess work. Just check out my findings in my PDF at www.affectionsabove.com in my 77 Changed Doctrines PDF. I mention the changes that are for the worse in the NIV.

You need to really do your homework and learn about this topic better. Folks who have studied the Bibliology topic know that the WEB is a Majority Text English translation and such English translations are not common for that textual tradition. The EMTV (English Majority Text Version) is the only other one I am aware of.

Most of your Modern English Bibles are based on the Critical Text, also known as the Nestle and Aland Greek. It is not much different from the Westcott and Hort Greek, which prioritizes manuscripts Vaticanus and Sinaiticus.

Again, I don't think you really know much on this topic because you have no clue of the amount of changes that are made in Modern Bibles and the heretics involved in the Modern Bible Movement. I did a deep dive into the KJV vs. Modern Bible issue for 3-4 years now and it keeps getting worse for the Modern Bible Movement the more I look into the matter. As for the changed doctrine: Well, just look at my PDFs on my site. If you care even remotely about God's word, the changes should rock you to your core. If not, then what I say here will be like I am talking a foreign language to you.

I was ignorant, and spoke wrongfully concerning your knowledge and coverage if scriptural corruption. I'm sorry.

Jesus is God in the O T and every thing made, was made by Him.
The Trinity was in the beginning, but I believe they are separate not just one.

He gave the Covenant to Moses and Spoke to Israel from the mountain.

Not good! The Father did everything right and righteously. Due to His love for us, He gave us a way to be saved through His Son. We must love Him!

I can say the same for you.
One either believes all of what the Bible says or they don't believe it.
Most take the "Pick and Choose Your Own Adventure Bible Approach" today.
So the Bible that exists in your mind with your preferred readings is going to disagree with the Bible that exists in the mind of another who thinks the same way. It's madness. But thats where we are at in these last days.
There is no real final word of authority. Everyone has become their own authority on all of what God said.
James White does not agree with Dan Wallace on all readings on what should be in the Bible.
There is no unity or true memorization of God's word in a movement like this.
Why do folks in the Modern Bible Movement ignore the influence of unitarians, Catholics, and liberals on it's text?

....And sodomites.

Yes

Not good! The Father did everything right and righteously. Due to His love for us, He gave us a way to be saved through His Son. We must love Him!

I do not find a third.

the ONE we now know as the Father was not a father until the Holy Spirit impregnated Mary and Christ was born.
The Two God beings agreed to form a family, why? it is the best form for relationships

At Pentecost God the Father impregnated the 120 with HIS ONE Spirit and they became spiritual fetus waiting to be born into the GOD Family.

today this is incorrectly called "baptism of the spiri" or what ever. at the first resurrection all First Fruits will be "born from above" into the Spirit Family. thus no longer created, made, beings, but born

God is Spirit and the ONE Spirit will be in the entire God Family --- there is no logical reason for a ghost or what ever one wants to call this third. It has no position in a family. father, son and what?

If there were a third, Paul, that everyone follows so they do not have to obey, never included the spirit in his greetings in his letters, he only includes the Father and the Son. why?

I doubt you have ever heard it explained this way, it took me 60 years to finally understand what The Father and the Son are doing with humans --- as we are not worth the powder to blow us up.

all we have done for 6000 years is kill each other -- even it these churches

When Christ stated "there is not one good" that is almost an understatement.

Virginia Mollenkott and Marten Woudstra were out of the closet homos on the translation committee of one of the most popular modern bibles, the NIV.
The NIV is one translation. Your earlier post, "and sodomites" was in reply to Bible Highlighter, who has written: "Why do folks in the Modern Bible Movement ignore the influence of unitarians, Catholics, and liberals on it's text?" So it certainly seemed as though you were saying that all modern Engish translations of the bible were translated by sodomites.

This is the frontispiece from the 1611 KJV. Notice the Freemason and Rosicrucian imagery.

It's a shame to learn that there are many more bibles out there created apart from the Holy Spirit and fear of the Lord, and that they're exalted in the earth. This in a time in the U.S. when mormons and SDAs are on the prowl to capture new beleivers of Christ.
I want for people who think falsely to be rebuked and turned, instead of being driven away from the truth.

@Bible_Highlighter your PDFs are quite bulky on computer resources. I reccommend making a plaintext edition of them, without all the fancy colors and images, so they're easier to download and load on older computers.
As much as I disagree with KJV-onlyism, if the Lord permits you, find a way to mass-distribute them. If you wouldn't mind I could work with you to create something we'd both agree with, since I'm confident the translation I have is a faithful one as well.

That is why the ASV/ESV is the most accurate and trusted translations.
