Is there a sabbath day for Christians?

These are believers who actually heard Yeshua's teachings in person. Yet, they still observed the commandment. Did Yeshua forget to tell them that all days are alike?

Is keeping Sabbath mans work? God will not accept any mans work. He will only accept His work. The Lord your God is a jealous God and will not share His Glory with any man. What shall we boast in? Keeping days? feast? being good? what?

the only thing we have is our faith in the cross of Christ and nothing else, our righteousness is a filthy rag.

Can you see how the priest profaned the Sabbath? Look at Romans 14. Then look at the gospels how the pharisees tried to trap Jesus for performing works on the Sabbath. Who works more on Sunday's or Saturday's than the preacher?

Ok, let's think about that a minute. Here is what the Messiah said about doing good (works) on the Sabbath:

And he said unto them,
What man shall there be among you, that shall have one sheep, and if it fall into a pit on the sabbath day, will he not lay hold on it, and lift [it] out? How much then is a man better than a sheep? Wherefore it is lawful to do well on the sabbath days. Matthew 12:11-12 (KJV)


Notice the word He used. It is "lawful" (legal), to do good on the Sabbath. Don't get caught up in the hundreds of man-made laws about the Sabbath.

So is it lawful to earn money to put food on the table on the Sabbath? I told you Jesus is the Sabbath and Jesus acted under law and did not break the law even when picking grain on the Sabbath or healing or raising the dead, what did the priest do on the Sabbath? you still haven't answered that question. They bottom line is what is the object of your faith, works or the Cross. Which one do you think the Father will accept?

The 4th commandment says to rest on the 7th day. Now does that mean they close the hospital on the Sabbath? Of course not. We already established that it is LEGAL to do good on the Sabbath. What question did I not answer?
