the number one most dangerous carb in
0:03
the world and it's not sugar. Okay, even
0:06
by a long shot. This carbohydrate
0:08
creates such a massive blood sugar
0:11
spike. It's way more than sugar, but
0:14
it's not even classified as a sugar.
0:17
It's a carb, but it's not a sugar. It
0:20
has the potential to create diabetes
0:21
type two and a fatty liver and insulin
0:25
resistance which is the precursor to
0:28
type 2 diabetes. In other words, it will
0:30
mess with your blood sugar big time.
0:33
It's going to create visceral fat.
0:34
That's the fat around your organs. It
0:37
will disrupt your good microbes and feed
0:40
the pathogens, the bad guys in your gut.
0:43
It is a superinflammatory
0:46
carbohydrate. It'll create inflammation,
0:48
not just in your joints, but especially
0:50
in your gut. If you're ever concerned
0:51
about the true bad cholesterol, the LDL,
0:54
small particles that can invade the
0:56
inside of the arteries, this is one carb
0:59
that will do it in a heartbeat. It's
1:01
marketed as zero sugars. It only costs
1:05
20 cents per pound. So, this is a bucket
1:09
of it right here. This is 25 pounds.
1:11
Pretty heavy. This is five bucks. And
1:13
that's because it's subsidized. That
1:15
means the taxpayers actually end up
1:17
fronting the money for it so they can
1:19
get it at a fraction of the real cost.
1:21
All right. What's the purpose of this
1:23
carbohydrate? It has no health benefits
1:26
other than it's a filler. Okay. It adds
1:29
bulk to a product. An average person
1:32
consumes between 65 and 250 pounds of
1:37
this stuff every single year. That comes
1:40
out to 21 billion pounds of this
1:43
carbohydrate
1:44
produced every year. It's in a lot of
1:48
the gluten-free foods. It's in baby
1:50
formulas. It's in baked goods. A lot of
1:53
athletes consume it. Can you now guess
1:55
what this carb is? It is
2:02
a starch, but not just any old starch.
2:06
Not the potatoes that your grandmother
2:09
served you. We're talking about
2:11
industrial starch, modified food starch,
2:16
corn starch, malttodextrin

Can you think of any corn derived fillers or sweetners?
I was wrong. Before checking the video I was thinking corn syrup/High fructose corn syrup.

Maltodextrin: 😖
I recently learned about this while researching food do's and don'ts for diabetes.
It is even found in some of the cheaper brand stevia mixes! (Like at Aldi!)
It seems to hide in EVERYTHING: yogurts (some), sport drinks, energy bars, spice mixes, cereals, it goes on and on.
It has a glycemic index of 85-105! And spikes blood sugars FASTER than regular white table sugar.
It is sometimes contains traces of wheat, so those with issues like celiac disease should also avoid it.

From WebMD:
The FDA lists the product among the generally safe food additives.
🙄

Good info God's Girl!
He didn't get into High fructose corn syrup, BUT you are right because they are both very toxic.
According to Dr Sherry Rogers, HFCS is processed using MERCURY of all things!
When people drink soda pop, they are easily addicted and they get high doses of mercury in the beverages.
In addition, the sweet gmo corn used in the food and feed industry is chemically sprayed and taken into the seeds. Then it's sprayed externally to dry it out fast. Then it's processed and the toxins, Hg, etc to concentrate them.
The sugar index is incredible and is icing on a sweet cake that starts at the liver and intestines to damage them. It causes leaky gut in many of us and arthritis in others. I could write a book on these, but most prefer listening to a short video.

PS: Thanks for the warning about Aldi's stevia. I talked to a company rep about their additives back when I invested in my health ministry and store.
I think they listened because they decided to up their quality and use a good, actually safe flowing agent. More recently I have a hard time finding quality stevia. At least the price of monk fruit sweetener has come down with recent demand. Even then we read labels and ask about the hidden ingredients.

Thank you.

Are you advocating removing corn from our diets?

Some people should, but there are those refined corn products listed earlier that should be avoided by all.
So far they haven't been able to GMO pop corn and last I checked (few years ago), blue corn. If it says organic, it should be ok.

I know it's difficult for many to face the fact that Western civilization looks to the Medical Industry as their idol and MDs their priests.
However, if YOU don't share the truth with your loved one's, who will?

Please pray for boldness in the filling of the Holy Spirit.
Then act in love.
May your family and friends sincerely thank you for the warning.
Please let me know how they respond.

>Is Your Doctor a Certified Killer?<
Link to Dr Jennifer Daniels audio class on the way the medical system actually works. She is a whistle blower who saves lives.
Begin at the one minute mark.
Man some doctors suck, sure, but calling every doctor a killer is wild lol. Without modern medicine a ton of people here wouldn’t even make it past childhood. Being skeptical is healthy, acting like every hospital is evil conspiracy HQ is another thing entirely.

Is cornstarch the same as cornflour?
Cos it's in a lot of things, used as a thickener. When mixed with water, it turns into gloop.

I don't entirely trust doctors, but there are some good ones out there. GPs who listen are good.

Hospitals.. well mostly they are dealing with serious life threatening illness and injuries, so, they sometimes have to make a call. Nurses aren't trained to do what doctors do, which is prescribe treatment and medicine. Modern western medicine is fast and effective, but has side effects. Ancient eastern/herbal medicine is slower, but has few side effects. So it's really a trade off.

Dosages have to be correct not everybody is the same. I wish I knew the answer, but I think if you're worried definitely pray and ask God about it. Sometimes stuff just happens and we don't know why our bodies fail us, I mean, our lifespans at the most 120 years so if you make it past 60 or 65 you are doing well.

This is one very common ingredient force fed to patients in hospitals.
Please learn the various names for this and read ingredient labels when shopping.
It might save a whole lot of pain.
Praise the Lord for giving us the choice of good food and keeping us out of those wretched places that masquerade as temples of health.

H&H, I found it. This was the video I was looking for, thanks!

Corn flour is what they make cornbread and chips from.
Corn starch is more refined and is what people use in recipes as a thickener.
The main issues are GMO or not.... Gluten intolerance...... potential for gut permeability with the GMO in particular.

Ok I just googled difference between cornstarch/cornflour and maltodextrin - maltodextrin is cornstarch/cornflour thats been refined and chemically processed - Hydrolysed to turn it into a powdery sugar.

In nz we have cornflour, but thats the same as US cornstarch.
So phew, I'm not being poisoned by my mum. She used cornflour in cooking and making sponge cakes.

If looking for maltodextrin hidden in ingredients lists its E1400
Any food with e-numbers means it's got chemical additives in it.

Actually a LOT more children survived the Covid scare who did not go in for their "wellness checks and lethal injections.

Being in Nepal, you are perhaps much more fortunate than Americans.

How many hospital Administrators have you known?
If the numbers haven't changed the past few years, America led the world in drug use, yes the ones Drs prescribe.....
Americans lead in obesity and poor health of all the first world developed countries.
What does that tells us?
Drugs good?
More Drugs = better health?
MDs are good advisors to optimum health?
After all, they call themselves "Health Care Professionals" so they wouldn't lie about the biggest claim that they exalted themselves for a century...would they?

I did Not call every Dr a killer.
I've studied the best Drs that I could find since I was a youth. I came from a prestigious medical family.
That means I might have had more experience around a lot of health care workers.
Many MDs worked really hard to earn the title Murder Doctor.
Who are we to deny them that deserving title? I'm just giving credit where it's due.

John 10:10
The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.

Here's a better link from the perspective of a physician who worked in an ER and bought 2 City Blocks to open her clinic.

Is YOUR Dr a Certified Killer?

A Certified Killer....and he admitted it.

Most people think malevolent psychopaths are extremely rare.
The unfortunate fact is that we all need to develop a healthy level of discernment. The world calls that a lie, a "conspiracy theory", paranoia. Christians should know from reading their Bibles from cover to cover that:

A. One gift from the Holy Spirit is Discernment of spirits.

B. The Bible names a very long list of psychos (reprobates) and nefarious people.

probably only in America. Are all the youtube vids american doctors.

I mean your public healthcare is almost non existent and your drug industry (prescription and non-prescription) is huge.

If you don't have a doctor, fine, but if you need one, like a GP, go to one who's been recommended by others.

if you think your doctor is shady, don't go to them. Some doctors treat killers themselves eg those in forensics, prison doctors, so, I mean, some need to kill as part of their job. You think butchers only cut up bones? Some will need to slaughter animals. Vets use euthanasia. Not everyone can tolerate huge amounts of pain meds...and who can treat addictions?

Why be paranoid. Doctors aren't there to heal and cure everyone. Sometimes they can only diagnose or offer palliative care. But you will at some point need to go to one, I mean if you are injured or fall sick and are working, some employers will require a medical certificate. You can't just make up some excuse. They need to examine you to find out if anything is wrong.

When you die, people will need to call a doctor, or at least have a coroner visit and do a report, so that people can say what you've died of, and confirm you are dead and what time I mean thats just standard isn't it. It doesn't always mean the doctor killed you. Or do you want to blame others or the person that died for their own death.

I mean Jesus was pierced in the heart and blood came gushing out but it wasn't that which killed him or the vinegar/wine that was used to ease the pain. Lots of people killed him, someone administered the lashes, others nailed him to the cross, Pilate pronounced the sentence...Judas betrayed him to the authorities. Not everyone had clean hands.
