Jeremiah has always been one of my favorites, due to his extreme honesty regarding his depression, telling God he was too young, etc.
I was also always amazed at the close, though turbulent, relationship he had with God, with God saying, "People are going to be smiling and pretending to agree to your face, but behind your back, they'll be plotting your death." WOW.
When you mentioned "Jeremiah's daughter," I was floored, because I was always intrigued by how God had set him apart by telling him he was not to marry or have children.
I'm about to start another "cover to cover" reading of the Bible (8th,) and I was thinking I had SERIOUSLY missed something VERY important in my studies!
