Don't give back the whole piece so quickly. I only <LIKED> the BOLDED part. LOL
This thread is making me hungry...
Purge. ....If Purge to you means slander think again. God never contradicts himself. In addition the purging this thread is doing is not keeping things in the light, but assuming judgement and is not allowing for that person to defend themselves. I never want to skip any verse ever but for me it's also any that holds true to understanding scripture and God's will.
When people approach others with the attitude I have seen in here the Spirit of God is not directing that. I am not trying to restart the debate of official rebuke and correction either, for that is part of the whole of Scripture. But instead of assuming peoples positions we need to stay on Gods conclusions. When someone believes contrary to our beliefs we need to exhort them to Christ. meaning lovingly bring them back, not rightfully fingering their face and labelling them for all to see.
Whoa! And I thought that was your definition for "What did you say now?"define interesting...when I say interesting, I mean either I am bored out of my gourd, I know you tried real hard but you really are not an artist or don't call me, I'll call you
Putting a person on ignore is only effective if you stop responding or should I say adding fuel to the fire.
People get tired of posting and there is never a response but if you see the same name over and over derailing the thread and people are responding to that person then I think the problem should be blamed on the ones responding or adding the fuel.
Good attitude to have for yourself.
Same bully doing the same thing to others, does this advice still work? If everyone sits back and ignores when a bully does this to many, then all we get is the bully destroys and then run the whole, while we just mind our own business.
This reminds me of what's happening in America. It's not the rioters' fault. "Mob mentality." "They are disenfranchised." "They can't help themselves." Tell that to the store owner whose business was destroyed in the riots.Putting a person on ignore is only effective if you stop responding or should I say adding fuel to the fire.

If Jesus never argued with the devil, what happened to Jesus in those 40 days he was in the wilderness? Was he hallucinating? Maybe, just maybe, God wants us to act, instead of hoping for divine intervention. He gave us strength for a reason. We are to serve, which isn't always sitting around praying.Im sorry I never came back to reply to your statement..... my words I believe...I said
pick your battles....God tells us to let
Him be our defender....or does this not apply.....what im saying is... if I stoop to the level of arguing....
that makes me no better then the person who dragged me down to their level.....I havent met one person
on this site who is uncappable of defending themselves......Jesus never argued with the devil....why do we........if an intruder comes to attack a thread......maybe instead of attacking back.....we all just pray for them....right there on the thread.....get about 5 people praying for that persons peace.......maybe just maybe
they will leave....jmo
I don't want to punish people...but if you can actually remove the thorn...
