I doint think I could ever be friends with one of my ex iv tried it before,and nope it didn't work out instead it made things worst lol
 
in my opinion don't try to look at the past look to the future which full of good things
began another live try to be better take a good friend
set down to pray to jesus and demand from him to began another chance to began alive​
 
I tried to be friends with someone i had dated.... and it was miserable, for both of us. We didnt wanna be together.. but we didnt want each other being with anyone else. So we both just decided to be able to move on, we couldnt be friends... ... So i'll never be friends with someone i have dated
 
hi i am going through a break up that lasted five years at first i did not want to be friends anymore but i found that to be a littel harsh after i forgave her and myself i am now talking to her as a friend and i feal better know she will be ok for now and i hope we can continue to be friends for as long as we can. i think everyone should be happy and to see other people happy makes me happy so i will always try to do my best to help others.
 
My ex was my best friend even before we started dating. We're still friends now that we've broken up. It's not easy, cus there are still a few feelings there, but we manage to keep it together.
 
lol what a conversation. I thinks it is because we are polite, so we say the 'lets stay friends'. I must admit I don't think I've ever used that line lol.

I'm sure that some will say it and mean it.

Its really just the same as saying "No hard feelings." Its a bit more graceful than saying "Have a nice life!" which is what most are thinking at that moment.

It also depends on whether you are the breakER or the breakEE. The breaker will be thinking "have a nice life" but the breakee will be thinking "please dont leave me like this" so to smooth things over they say "lets still be friends."
