Don't take what I've said so far so seriously....I'm certainly not going to.

And it's a cartoon voiced over....not even in the original voice which described Pantheism as well as several versions of modalism.

The trinity, while belief in all three being divine and separate is necessary to be Christian as Jesus declared them to be with the three names people were to be baptized in.
And usually if people cut short one of the three from divinity it's usually Jesus....which I'm going to take exception to because then it's just a sect of Judaism
(which ultimately Christianity is but Judaism in practice is without a messiah)

And YOU have stated that you believe in the Divinity of Jesus....just not the Holy Spirit (which I find odd...but whatever...I'm not here to Judge....just talk)
But I am interested if you claim to understand the trinity when the rest of us only claim a poor apprehension of the Trinity. (We can say the words with meanings but do not understand their precise application or fullness)
The THREE are ONE .

One in purpose, one in goals, one in unity, one in perfection, three in definition. Plural in majesty. It's not Eloh....it's Elohim. Like Cherub/cherubim
Seraph/Seraphim.
You attributed my beliefs and saying the video classified them as heresy. I pointed out that I didn't specifically state my beliefs. So I'm correcting you.

I also NEVER said I didn't believe in the Holy Spirit. Don't put words in my mouth please. I said the Holy Spirit IS the Father. Meaning they are the same, there is no separate Holy Spirit as it's own entity and I gave 1 verse to back that up.

I don't mind talking but I don't accept when people say something I never said or claim something I believe that I never stated.

In your interpretation of the N.T are you saying that Paul was wrong?

Galatians 2:9
And recognizing the grace that I had been given, James, Cephas, and John, those reputed to be pillars, gave me and Barnabas
the right hand of fellowship, so that we should go to the Gentiles, and they to the circumcised.

Paul in the book of Acts went to both Jews and Gentiles but in Acts 18 finally rejects the Jews, then solely goes to the Gentiles.

Acts 18:4-6
Every Sabbath he reasoned in the synagogue, trying to persuade Jews and Greeks alike. And when Silas and Timothy came
down from Macedonia, Paul devoted himself fully to the word, testifying to the Jews that Jesus is the Christ. But when they
opposed and insulted him, he shook out his garments and told them, “Your blood be on your own heads! I am innocent of it.
From now on I will go to the Gentiles.”

That is a big call you made and I hope you can back up your claim.
This not a case of if then, then that... Are you saying the scripture I gave you is wrong? Can multiple people NOT be apostles at the same time? Only Paul is allowed to go to the gentiles? Only Peter is allowed to go to the Jews? I literally gave you the verse where God said Gentiles, Kings AND ISRAEL. Take it or leave it.

That's not true according to Jesus:

In Luke 16:16 the Lord says: "The law and the prophets were until John: since that time the kingdom of God is preached, and every man presseth into it."

According to the Lord the law and the prophets stopped being taught to man when John the Baptist came on the scene which is when the Gospel of the Kingdom began to be preached which is the New Covenant.
John the Baptist did not preach the gospel of Jesus Christ (1 Corinthians 1-6).

John the Baptist only taught a repentance of sin and gave a water baptism.

Luke 3:15-16
Now while the people were in a state of expectation and they all were thinking carefully in their hearts about John,
whether he himself perhaps was the Christ, John responded to them all, saying, “As for me, I baptize you with water;
but He is coming who is mightier than I, and I am not fit to untie the straps of His sandals; He will baptize you with
the Holy Spirit and fire
.

Matthew 3:11
I baptize you with water for repentance. But after me comes one who is more powerful than I, whose sandals I am
not worthy to carry. He will baptize you with the Holy Spirit and fire.

The baptism of Jesus fulfilled the water baptism of John.

The Lord said in His Word that the Three are ONE

1 John 5:7 - For there are three that bear record in heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost: and these three are One.

1 John 5:8 - And there are three that bear witness in earth, the Spirit, and the water, and the blood: and these three agree in one
Not separate....you are correct. Three distinct. They are one. My bad.

Fair enough.
But I've also given verses to point out that the Holy Spirit is distinct....

Paul clearly identified Peter as an apostle to the Jews.

I will ask you again Delvianna.

Was Paul incorrect in Galatians to identify Peter as an apostle to the Jews?

You are basing your claim on the accuracy of a few lines in Matthew's gospel.

John the Baptist did not preach the gospel of Jesus Christ (1 Corinthians 1-6).

The teaching of the Gospel of the Kingdom of God (New Covenant) was of course progressive and and not revealed in it's entirety from John the Baptist.

Jesus Christ is the Cornerstone and John the Baptist made the way for Jesus' entry in to His earthly ministry which resulted in the

entire New Covenant being put down in written form. It all started with John the Baptist which is when God stopped teaching the old covenant to man and started teaching the New Covenant.

They don't teach this truth in bible colleges or seminaries because they have been tricked by the devil in to ignoring the teachings of Jesus as being part of the New Covenant. These people do err in listening to the devil rather than the Lord Jesus

John the Baptist only taught a repentance of sin and gave a water baptism.

This teaching is part of the Gospel of the Kingdom of God, the New Covenant.

We disagree on this point.

Church tradition can be unreliable at times and plain wrong at other times.

I see John as making the pathway smooth with a simple water baptism and a repentance from sin.

A simple preparation for the approaching Lord of Glory.

Jesus invoked the new covenant in His own blood and we preach Christ crucified.

That is why the apostles were baptized in fire and the Holy Spirit on the actual day of Pentecost.

As John the Baptist predicted.

Two distinctly different baptisms.

Two distinctly different teaching about the true path of righteousness.

Jesus was sent only to Israel.

Jesus was talking to the Jews about the Book of the Covenant.

Jesus near the end went on to establish a new covenant with the disciples.

Luke 22:20
And in the same way He took the cup after they had eaten, saying, “This cup which is poured out for you is the new covenant
in My blood".

Are you in the new covenant or are you a Jew living under the old covenant?
Inquisitor we turn round and round and have discussed this you and I it is true that Jesus was sent to his chosen people first, but remember he hand picked 12 disciples that followed him for 3 years and knew him well lived with him and witnessed all he did and said. These 12 were sent by Jesus ( see the great commission in matthew 28:16-20 and Mark 16:14-20) and see for yourself the truth of the matter, that is the 12 minus one for a time were sent as was Paul to preach to the gentiles throughout the world This Jesus said clearly. His message was nor just the cross and resurrection but HOW to enter heaven as well specifically what to do...

You still do not understand the New covenant is the ten commandments and anything else Jesus added but from the heart and not following a list of instruction, it is GOD that places these commandments in the heart, to the ones he chooses and give to Christ. His true followers, the sheep that follow him everywhere he goes and Obey Him, our shepherd who guides us daily to greener pastures.

Be careful not to be like some of the ones on this parable of Jesus, as I wrote this post to answer you again on the same topics, something came to mind, it is from the Holy Spirit (John 14:26) , here is is it is a warning for you Inquisitor read carefully and seek the meaning.

Mat 22:1 And Jesus answered and spake again in parables unto them, saying,

Mat 22:2 The kingdom of heaven is likened unto a certain king, who made a marriage feast for his son,

Mat 22:3 and sent forth his servants to call them that were bidden to the marriage feast: and they would not come.

Mat 22:4 Again he sent forth other servants, saying, Tell them that are bidden, Behold, I have made ready my dinner; my oxen and my fatlings are killed, and all things are ready: come to the marriage feast.

Mat 22:5 But they made light of it, and went their ways, one to his own farm, another to his merchandise;

Mat 22:6 and the rest laid hold on his servants, and treated them shamefully, and killed them.

Mat 22:7 But the king was wroth; and he sent his armies, and destroyed those murderers, and burned their city.

Mat 22:8 Then saith he to his servants, The wedding is ready, but they that were bidden were not worthy.

Mat 22:9 Go ye therefore unto the partings of the highways, and as many as ye shall find, bid to the marriage feast.

Mat 22:10 And those servants went out into the highways, and gathered together all as many as they found, both bad and good: and the wedding was filled with guests.

Mat 22:11 But when the king came in to behold the guests, he saw there a man who had not on a wedding-garment:

Mat 22:12 and he saith unto him, Friend, how camest thou in hither not having a wedding-garment? And he was speechless.

Mat 22:13 Then the king said to the servants, Bind him hand and foot, and cast him out into the outer darkness; there shall be the weeping and the gnashing of teeth.

Mat 22:14 For many are called, but few chosen.

Do you have a wedding garment? time is short be ready.

We cannot construct doctrine on the basis of a single verse.

Peter spent decades in Jerusalem but Paul travelled the Gentile world on 3 missionary journeys.

Galatians 2:1-2
Then after an interval of fourteen years I went up again to Jerusalem with Barnabas, taking Titus along also. It was because of a revelation that I went up; and I submitted to them the gospel which I preach among the Gentiles.

John, Peter, and James were in Jerusalem when Paul arrived after fourteen years after the last visit.

John, Peter, and James, did not go on missionary journeys to the Gentile world.

You are not correct.

Peter, John, and James, were assigned to preach and teach the gospel to Israel.

Paul was chosen by the Lord to preach and teach to the Gentile world.

Paul was very rarely in Jerusalem where as Peter, John, and James, spent the bulk of their lives in Israel.

The only robe I wear is that bright robe of righteousness that the Lord has given us as a gift.

Romans 5:17
For if by the transgression of the one, death reigned through the one, much more those who receive the abundance of grace
and of the gift of righteousness will reign in life through the One, Jesus Christ.

The apostles basically taught the crucified Christ.

1 Corinthians 1:23
But we preach Christ crucified, to Jews a stumbling block, and to Gentiles foolishness.

We don't preach Moses because grace and truth came through Jesus.

The law was temporary and saved no one.

yes he did teach it but you want to see written for every commandments what you are looking for if a verse that id from Jesus saying [Remember the sabbath day and keep it keep it], well newsflash : He did when he said to enter into life to keep THE commandment(s) note here plural... the commandment Jesus spoke of are the Ten commandment(s) = the Covenant. The sabbat is listed on the list of the Ten commandments and is forever But like I said before we all have to make a choice God gives this choice;
Jesus also told the man to give all of his possessions to the poor. Did you do that?

Jesus also told the man to give all of his possessions to the poor. Did you do that?
what about you?, don't play this tune with me, it's an old line that desperate people use, it wont work on me and what I give and to whom is absolutely none of your business.
