She was definitely a good sport. I did basically the same thing in my Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club band thread when my wife and I were conversing back and forth on CC before we got married but the sentiments expressed were real. I didn't take this thread seriously either but it sure was fun. :)

Mel has been a very good sport. Anyone with eyes to see can admire her for her good sense, amiability, and love for the Lord :) And those who know Tommy understand he is no fool to make declarations of love without some sense of certainty of reciprocity. Both have a good sense of humor, which is a wonderful asset :) Tommy picked his "target" well. I hope Mel was not too put out by all the attention she received as a result of this thread :o
