You didn't answer, which degree do you have that qualifies you to talk about marriage? Something you've never experienced yourself. I can't decide if you're immature, arrogant or a whole lot of both. My husband is a long way from a billionaire, in fact he was out of a job for a long period of time, and guess what, we're still together. Oh and BTW I'm the "rock star" in the relationship, traveled and sang for 20 yrs. Pretty easy to disprove your silly little theories. Until you've got 20 yrs. marriage under your belt, you're a pup. Really? I dated a "nice guy". In fact he often told me "I'm a nice guy". Well Mr. Nice Guy was cheating, he called me panicked and said his "other woman" found out about me and threatened to call me and curse me out. I moved on and found an actual nice guy. Someone who would never cheat, who loves the Lord and is honest and sweet. We've been together for ten yrs. And if the Lord tarries, and both of us have health, we'll be together for many, many more. I've seen true love and sacrifice of couples that have gone before me. Those that have faced the storms of life together, and endured. I believe many couples here could testify to what the Lord has brought them through. When you've faced the circumstances these couples have, when you've sat by a sick spouse in a hospital room, when you have lost a job, a child, lived life at all as a couple and made it through, then you can talk. Until then, you're a yapping clueless pup. Go on over to the singles forum where you belong. This is the BDF, and there's nothing Biblical in anything you're saying. It's nonsense.

Have you ever been in a room where a woman is giving birth? I have been. My sister has two boys. You'll never understand the suffering a woman goes through just to bring a child into this world. And then to feed and clothe and care for that child till they are of age. Sit up nights, nursing a fever or a stomach flu. Helping them with school, taking them to school and extra activities. No, see that's an act of selfless love that you're too immature to understand. Women who abort their children, those are the selfish ones. God richly bless every mother who brought their child into the world and cared for them till they were of age. No, mothers are not selfish for bringing children into the world. They are doing what the Lord intended, bringing up another generation of Godly young men and women who will go out and turn the world upside down for Him.
