Lol.

I remember a few years ago, our worship team leader got it into her head that the
worship team should arrive at church early on Sunday's to clean the toilets, to help
keep us humble.

We turned up at 8am as it was to set up and have a quick rehearsal before the
9.15am first service. So I don't know what time she expected us to arrive to
clean the toilets!

That turned out to be totally impractical. Besides most of the worship team
were involved in other activities anyway.

8 AM?
Wow...I can't even get my church's worship team to come in before 1030am Sunday for a quick 10-15 min practice before 11am service....believe me, they need all the practice they can get....

We have two services, one at 9.15 and another at 11.15 which often finished late at
1pm

So on Sunday had to be there for 8am, played through both. Packed up and was
ready to be going home for 1.30 if lucky. Lol

Also had a 3 hour rehearsal every Thursday night. Plus rehearsing at home.

On Thursday the whole team met up, but we were all on a rota so only
played every other week on Sunday's.

Loved every minute of it. :cool:

I played sax in worship team for 10 years but had to pull out due to
having to care for elderly aunt.
