MODERN CHRISTIANS WORSHIPPING THEIR HEATHEN GODS--by tossing out the 7th Day Sabbath

They cannot because the Sabbath is not Saturday or literal day of the week. If it is lawful to heal on any day of the week, then it serves that love fulfills the law.

The true Sabbath is approaching. A day with the Lord is as 1000 years. So 6000 years were given to man to do work. What work? The works of the flesh. We know however that the Sabbath is close because of the things we see. In the test in the wilderness, God gave Israel enough manna for 2 days. Likewise we now have enough housing food and clothing for 12 billion people to finally rest from their labors. One only needs to be honest with themselves and look.

Yes the Sabbath is a literal day of the week...

Exo 20:8 "Remember the Sabbath day, to keep it holy.
Exo 20:9 Six days you shall labor and do all your work,
Exo 20:10 but the seventh day is the Sabbath of the LORD your God. In it you shall do no work: you, nor your son, nor your daughter, nor your male servant, nor your female servant, nor your cattle, nor your stranger who is within your gates.
Exo 20:11 For in six days the LORD made the heavens and the earth, the sea, and all that is in them, and rested the seventh day. Therefore the LORD blessed the Sabbath day and hallowed it.

It is a SHADOW of the coming Millenium...

Col 2:16 So let no one judge you in food or in drink, or regarding a festival or a new moon or sabbaths,
Col 2:17 which are a shadow of things to come, but the substance is of Christ.

danalee, Do you think that you can be so practical in your faith with the love of God in your heart and get away with your personal conviction when we have many who would chide you for caring for those on a recognized Sabbath? lol If we are much better then the fowls of the air in (Mt 6:26) are we not also better then the ass or ox that we retrieve on that recognized Sabbath from having fallen into a pit (Luke 14:5), never mind taking into account that Jesus healed on the Sabbath (Luke 13:10-14)...

10 And he was teaching in one of the synagogues on the sabbath.
11 And, behold, there was a woman which had a spirit of infirmity eighteen years, and was bowed together, and could in no wise lift up herself.
12 And when Jesus saw her, he called her to him, and said unto her, Woman, thou art loosed from thine infirmity.

Hmmm, perhaps you could point out some of those who call Christ a liar and say that the above is not true and that the Sabbath overrides any care or concern for others?

the only reasons to possibly be against learning about the Sabbath is that you just don't want to know, because you're scared you will be convicted to change, or because you would have too much pride to admit you are wrong if shown from scripture.


you can't take the day off work? What do you do? If it's a service job where someone needs to provide 24/7 care for another's wellbeing, than you can still work. Can't you pray and work? If God specifically told you through personal revelation, like a dream or something, that he was calling you to reduce your need in order to take the Sabbath off, would you? Would you tell him you need the money and you don't think he's gonna provide?

You can still go do whatever you normally do on Sundays. Sunday is not the Sabbath. So why can't you still spend time with your loved ones? If you are doing it for fellowship you will continue, if you were doing it because you thought it was the commandment, then you will be open to doing it on the appointed day. Last month I observed the Sabbath a couple times on different days. One day I was really sure it was the Sabbath because it felt like one and was a 3?4 moon, and I'm still learning, and another time, I didn't realize what day it was, so I kind of continued into the next day to be more celebratory than usual.

The commandment is to be resting in God which we should always be striving to do, and to be JOYOUS. If you are so miserable, that you can't handle God asking you to be happy for one day and just step back for a minute with him, then may he have mercy on your soul. Not for breaking the commandments, but for being a sourpuss like me =P

Peace be with you beloved ones of CHRIST, on the day of Sabbath, JESUS did the work of HIS FATHER, who desire that all of Israel is restored as one to HIS solemn rule through HIS SON for Eternity. JESUS did that compassionately for all the poor and gave a new restored dignity and new restored meaning of life, and through HIM be reconciled with GOD the creator, once again as one spiritual family called the Kingdom of GOD here on earth and also HE included the rich who were Scriptural heart harden ignorant 'show-offs', inviting them by correcting their false religious hypocrisy, in order for them to come clean and be free of sin and live right again with GOD.

Judge for ourselves, all of us Christian, as history can repeat itself for one who lives again according to the 'flesh' ignorantly, whether are we the Christian Pharisees today. There is a very close resemblance of behavior patterns religious practice in church today. That is why we find it difficult and become ignorant to understand Holy Scripture facts in order to practice CHRIST by the Help of the HOLY SPIRIT. All of this is due to the hindrance of the 'flesh/self' continuous practices allowed in church today and even to their very homes.

'Something to show on the outside to blind witnesses and many things from failing to learn and understand and practice have sadly led to many things hidden on the inside.'

GOD's Double Edged Sword the Holy Scripture, the New Covenant is speaking to me in HIS way of love building and edifying and cleansing for me and that i am able to share to others, as 'freely freely i have received, freely freely i give', among all other things i must give and also give up.

'For CHRIST, how can GOD rest when HIS own church and humanity stands condemn in HIS judgement now through HIS Word and also on judgement day to come. These means have we welcome every 'Word' written in the HOLY BIBLE especially the New Covenant that HE made with us with the blood of HIS SON and 'abide'. 'Abide' in CHRIST's Love for one another and 'abide' in HIS Words' that pictures the every 'Word' of GOD HIS FATHER's heart.

Due to fail in senses in order to know the directions they have initially learned and know always in their lives but now finding their way home safely becomes difficult and we can and have witness them based on their 'acts' "

The church of GOD majority are in drunkenness (Lawlessness). When CHRIST sends one of HIS least important servant to help and show these drunkards the true way home but they refuse and fight back. They rather want to continue boldly in their drunkenness and welcome others who are also drunkards filled with different kind of drinks to join them and continue celebrating ignoring that the days or nights are numbered.

Please pray for me because i am discouraged and tired of witnessing all kind of false show and deceptions in the church itself and i tried to compromise and doubted the truth and blend in together with them but it continuously failed and it only led me to foolish anger. Please pray that the Great Revival to come is for the lawless church of GOD through CHRIST and by the Help of the HOLY SPIRIT that they may turn back to the written HOLY 'B'-asic 'I'-nstructions 'B'-efore 'L'-eaving 'E'-arth (Bible), especially the New Covenant and 'Abide' in order to bear Good fruits. Truly by the Word of GOD though CHRIST how HE judges is, 'a tree by it's fruits'. The New Covenant Teachings and instructions that, one 'abides', is then set free and becomes the Good fruit in all kind of Good deeds that is a Living proof that came from a Good Tree from Heaven.

Who is the con artist here for a start who would want to challenge and test the Living GOD? Have such a person forgot that HE is 'on the other hand' also a Consuming Fire, as we witnessed in the Holy Bible, Aaron's sons, as priests just one day happen to be laid back in their thinking and care or less in their duty just one day and one simple mistake known to a carnal eyes, that was the end of them, at a blink of an eye gone. As being witness then, you just watched them going into the Temple as they normally do and the next moment you see them being carried out burnt alive and immediately being replaced.

In compassion i include that Israel pay a great prize for their sins from the beginning until now, being under the rule of the Living GOD. How about Christian under the rule of the same GOD? How much longer must the LORD be with us and how much longer must HE put up with us in our lack of faith and how much longer must HE plead and pray for us all and how much longer can HE keep us all together and also hold back GOD's test for faithfulness and GOD's wrath for unfaithfulness?

Peace be with you beloved one of CHRIST, K.o.M. Please forgive and bless ignorant believers, upon their answers that truly speaks about them. i was like them before when i was new in the faith.

Even if one is working seven days a week and unable to get leave on that day, such a person can pray to GOD if he or she is trouble bout it and those who have compassion and love for such a person who is stuck, They may give individually or as a group, a helping hand, in prayers for help but also remember that the end result must always be, in the name of LORD JESUS CHRIST, HIS Will be done. And if still there is no reply while waiting, then imitate Good deeds as CHRIST and the Apostles and the church acts written in the New Covenant, at his or her working place, during work or at breaks and during travels, onto others are weak and poor to know and understand about the Salvation of the Good GOD for all mankind.

Historically some of Joseph's stories can be a good spiritual example to be encouraged and put to practice. When he was unjustly in prison, he was at peace with GOD and did Good deeds towards all other fellow prisoners even to the mean or humble ones. He was made chief over all of them by the prison chief himself. The exciting thing is and it is still for some a Scripture mystery to be revealed that while;
1. Joseph was in Potiphar house, he was made second in line with his owner, chosen as keeper over all, excluding the owner's wife, the household and house affairs.
2. And when he was unjustly put in prison, he was also made second in line with the prison chief as keeper over all the prisoners and prison affairs.
3. When he was with Pharoh, he was made second in line with Pharoh keeper over all the Pharoh's kingdom and kingdom affairs and also ordered HIS citizens to honor Joseph, the same way they honored him as their king

He did not ask for it or labor for it nor expected it to happen and also that how his dream was going to come into reality but he perservered the trial silently, being loyal and gave his all in labor with his own hands to whom he was placed as 'slave' having a mentality of 'to serve and not to be served' and soon upon his masters witnessed he is a blessings to their wealth, household and country, they themselves selected him and honored him, for his GOD is the greatest and was still on Joseph's side, protecting and blessing him and his service labor in his loyalty and dedication and these were all not hidden but were witnessed and Joseph's GOD was Glorified by the very chiefs themselves and chief of chiefs himself. In his unjust affliction, he did not complain, grumble nor murmur to anyone or even to GOD. For he knew like his great grandfather (Abraham) and accepted them all the trails as GOD's will and believed on as it is written that;

" (My) GOD shall provide."

"Halleluiah! Halleluiah! Halleluiah!, to I AM that I AM, even the JEHOVAH YIREH, one of many names of the Greatest and in the only name honored by the Greatest as God and that name is proclaimed everywhere by faithful witnesses as the name above all other names, the very MESSIAC, ADONAI YESHUA , who is always subjected to the FATHER and representing HIM as ELOIHIM in HIS fullness and likeness, now and forever and is Crowned as the KING of Kings and LORD of Lords, ruler over all powers, all authorities, all rulers and all forces and be forever and ever blessed, the Kingdom of the Most High Everlasting, Amen!"

Wherever JESUS was on the day of Sabbath as written in the Gospel, HE did work Good deeds, for the FATHER also worked through HIM on that Sabbath days. That is why there was, again to repeat once more that, a strong anger and contention grew between the Jewish Leader's religious faith in GOD and JESUS's faith in GOD.

Example, we can discern that one learned and understood the meaning of the Sabbath and practiced them faithfully on a secondary level of teaching and understanding and while the other have learned and understood the meaning of the Sabbath and practiced them faithfully on a PHD level and is now qualified and ready for 'action' that finally reaped 'victory' for redemption from condemnation.
One understood the subject and purpose thoroughly and in faith practiced them excellently than the others and they got blindly jealous of HIM who was fully equipped and bold and have HIM persecuted unjustfully.

May only the Good GOD the FATHER of our LORD JESUS CHRIST be thanked and honored always forever and ever, including all that are spiritual, that has been shared by the Help of the HOLY SPIRIT and also CHRIST's revelation through HIM, in order to build and edify and encourage GOD's church, Amen.

Hmm, resting while that storm raged on, as we are today called to be at rest in God by belief in God whom has rested since the foundation of the world.
So as in remembering the Sabbath, I remember it everyday, 24/7 worshiping in Spirit and truth, entering his courts with thanksgiving and praise, looking back to what Christ has done for us, our propitiation for sin, all sin as soon as any sin is past it is past and taken care of in Christ. No9t to be taken for granted, rather to appreciate

Yes God wants and desires for us to rest in Son the life giver in the Spirit of God through the cross at the resurrected Christ after we decide and see we are dead and in need of life. We first reckon ourselves dead with Christ at that death, then we are risen to new life in the Spirit from God a free gift to all that believe God. Believe, receive, and see
