Exactly what I believe.
I do not know if the Husband did it or hired someone or if it's just a fortuitous circumstance for him.
The police(due to a family member or friend being on that police force) did a crappy job of investigating....especially when men do this family exterminating thing 80% of the time.

It's not that I think she is perfectly innocent....but some heparin would have helped 3 months ago. (Dissolves the blood clots that can definitely be causing her depression) The psychiatrist should have prescribed that as well as a CT or MRI scan.
The psychiatrist testified she didn't think alcohol had any bearing when prescribing anti depressants.

Her example on the stand made me ask and answer the question. Where do bottom of the class mental health students go after graduation?

Telehealth.

I have six biological children. I know a lot about human reproduction.

My grandmother raised 6 boys on her own, including my father. My father was the baby. The brother next to him was hit by a car at 2yrs old. A babysitter left a gate open, he got out and was hit. He died and my grandmother never recovered. She was a nervous wreck around my sister and I, always fearful. We didn't really understand till we got older why she was always so nervous and afraid something was going to happen.

They DID.
Thought you said you have been following the case.

I did. But I did not have my nose to the tv like some did apparently.

The defence lawyer thought he was the judge and his remarks to the one juror who was not in lockstep were over the top. I think he
did quite a bit to create the mess the way it now stands.

So now the court of public opinion is trying the case. That should do it.

This is interesting....to say the least.

But he will have to answer some very interesting questions about how he got new clothes and why he changed even his footwear during a time when he claimed he did not go near his home....when the children were dying.

And the prosecution can answer the questions about how and why his first outfit and shoes were never tested for blood spatter.

Also who he met at Walgreens and why.

And exactly when he started his extra-marital affair with his now pregnant girlfriend....who should really pay attention to this case....maybe escape the relationship.

Well if you think the husband is guilty you will find that guilt wherever you can.

Sounds like you were cloistered unlike the jury.

I'm not cloistered and will be free the rest of the evening. I will not be spending my time on conspiracy regarding this tragedy.

Aside from your snide comments....

I don't know if the husband is guilty of murder or not....

What i do know is that he is not being completely transparent....and that the investigation was incomplete at best....but for some whackanoodle reason the Prosecution went forward with their case....

And 3 kids are dead and she is paralyzed in a wheelchair.
Whether she goes to prison or not....she is gonna be in jail for the remainder of her life. The loss of children? Even more torturous.
I'm more than willing to leave room for God's wrath....

But since the investigation was botched....what if a murderer is getting away with murder?

But....

This goes further to my point.

I claim i do not know....and that the evidence is inconclusive at best....it does not meet the standard of "preponderance of proof" and certainly meets the "Reasonable Doubt" qualification.

I don't know who committed these murders.

And yet....

People listen to their pundits and start repeating them....as if they know something.
Pundits have a job....to get you to listen to them again.

But they have completely polarized men against women on this.

Now as far as this being a "woman thang" that also is full of baloney....because when women want to crucify a sister....they ride her on a rail tarred and feathered the whole way. And theres been many instances of that.

So....I dunno...

I've been following this case closer than most...
And the real question I have is the reaction of the people....even the "conservatives " who are generally more focused on finding out the truth....have absolutely bypassed the truth for soundbytes from pundits.
Bypassed the truth? It sounds to me it is you who has bypassed the truth here by insinuating the husband is guilty and then speculating about hiring someone, whatever that means. Botched investigations and on it goes without producing a shred of evidence to back anything up.
The truth of the case is a Bad Prosecuting Attorney, an incomplete and biased investigation....a coerced confession that got us to this point.
What coerced confession? Now who is bypassing the truth?
And a bunch of half-wits that were deliberately using her lack of cognition for their own purposes....her husband to advance his affair.
Clean this up to make it easier to understand.
(Current girlfriend is 8 mo pregnant and the affair seems to have started at least 18nm9nths
What does 18nm9nths mean?
before the night of the murders)
Night of murders was Jan. 24, 2023 and it looks like you are saying the husband was having an affair with another woman prior to 1/24/23. I am attempting to decipher your posts.
The psychiatrist to get out of actually doing his job. (He is getting sued for malpractice....it's gonna be a slam dunk case)

Then....
There is at least one of these murder/suicide or family assassinations every six days and USUALLY performed by the husband/biological father. Not always with the suicide aspect...about 50% of the time.
Women occasionally do these....but not often.
I am going to ignore all this for now
Either way,
The "husband" (now "ex") has real problems with motive, timeline and alabi during the time of the murder.
The husband was out running errands during the time of murder.
She. Needs a ticket for violating laws of physics. Can't cut the neck or both wrists when your tendons are cut and that much blood makes your hands too slick to even get at your throat.

The DNA on the exercise bands....also problematic. The ground up pills also problematic....the usual overdosing by her also problematic.
Ignore this for now.
Her "confession " was coerced through drugs and trauma. Completely coerced...
That was all addressed in court. Your conclusion about coerced confession is lacking. Has no merit or basis in fact.

Is there any compelling evidence that the husband killed the three kids?
Notice this went unanswered. The husband must be guilty of something, even though exculpatory was presented here and ignored and even though was not charged with anything. He must be guilty. God help us all.

You sound angry....

Calm down.
And as far as a coerced confession....do you understand the nature of psychotropic drugs? Especially when abused and overdosed?

And the fat fingered 18 months.....sorry.....the "9" is just above the "o" and sometimes my tablet or phone has its own mind about things.

You sound angry but are ignoring truth.....how is that congruent?

And where the coerced confession was addressed in court that did not mean I buy the prosecution's case about it. Psychotropic drugs are not like most drugs....especially when a person is overmedicated on them and the wrong ones used in an inappropriate manner.

The husband needs to answer questions....nobody has asked him.....they are not part of the testimony.
Lots of questions about this case....dunno who did what when, where, how....

And like I said earlier....a case like this happens every 6 days.....over 60 each year. The husband is usually the guilty party.....
Around 30 of these cases has the husband kill himself as part of his rampage.

If she was guilty, and there are plenty of other cases where the wife is guilty....I'd say electric chair for her.

But....that is not the case here. I've said repeatedly....REASONABLE DOUBT exists....even the holdout juror got that....but did not want to say "not guilty by reason of insanity"....who would? I know I dont.

What I want is for the two parties to go back, do reasonable investigations....come back with a better put together case and try again.

an estimated 200 to 250 mothers kill their children each year, accounting for roughly 40% of all parental child homicides. [1, 2, 3]

Therefore investigating police will know that the two prime suspects are the husband and the wife. That would have been the thrust of the investigation. Now questions needing to be asked take place during the investigation, not during the trial. Lawyers don't ever want to ask a question during a trial that they don't already know the answer to. So nothing in this response of yours makes a case for the husband being guilty. If neither the prosecutor or the defense attorney are "asking these questions" it is because they already know the answer doesn't help the defense of the woman.

Bad DA's....incompetent Prosecutors....
We have seen this before numerous times.
With the OJ trial,
Wisconsin cant hire a decent one....ever,
And occasionally Florida....
Certainly bad ones in Georgia too....

Now this case.
Some DA's are elected (New York) others are appointed (Janet Reno, Pam Bondi)
The appointed ones tend to be horrible.....
But sometimes elected are too.

Who would want to hire an incompetent attorney after they made a disaster of a case?
Careers are on the line here....of course both sides are going to appeal to the press.

But...the defense has a better case than the prosecution....
Woulda
Shoulda
Coulda.....

You still have not said what the evidence is that the woman didn't kill the children and the husband did.

Some of these people need to be put on notice that the husband isn’t putting up with the libel he has endured any longer:

Howard Cooper, Patrick Clancy’s lawyer, put all the conspiracy theorists on notice Tuesday that Patrick Clancy has had enough of his reputation being smeared, according to CBS News.

“Over the past months, Patrick Clancy and his family have been subjected to a relentless, escalating and destructive defamation campaign,” the statement said.

“Patrick has no choice but to address this situation — with the clear goal of stopping injurious behavior, creating accountability for lies that are self-serving to the perpetrators, and being able to return his attention to what matters: preserving the memory of Cora, Dawson and Callan Clancy and supporting other women facing perinatal mental health challenges,” the statement added.

“Enough is enough — this spread of blatant and baseless falsehoods must stop. Those responsible should understand that there will be CONSEQUENCES , and every appropriate measure will be pursued to hold them accountable, including legally,” the statement said.

There are no snide comments in what I said. No you do not know if the husband is guilty or not, but you sure can get out the crystal ball and pretend you do...now that is possibly a snide comment. I am more than a little fed up with people who LOOK for a way to one up others on this forum. Your comment about me being snide is exactly the kind of thing I mean.

You KNOW do you that the husband is not being completely transparent? And you KNOW the investigation was incomplete? Well seriously Mr Holmes do tell us more.

Three children are more than dead...they were brutally murdered...face down....with purpose and intent. And you DO NOT KNOW but you sure have alot to say about the husband...but you DO NOT KNOW. That is called conspiracy and for some reason you had to get on here and tell us all about your personal thoughts. I have stuck to the facts and most of my posts have been about the rotten attitude of the op who has no respect for women whatsoever. I would actually look up and read your sources because that is who I am...I don't go shooting in all directions and proclaiming things I do not know. I would read the 'evidence' and make up my own mind.

Pray tell....where is the info on the investigation being botched. Again, you say alot but have not offered any links or info regarding where you get all of what you think.

Yes,Patrick might want to reconsider his next move there.

If he goes far enough he could force the police to actually reopen the case.
Goodness,that would be a shame.

This case reminds me of the Charlie Kirk investigation. In a thread on that there are women who absolutely go nuts if you so much as ask any questions about the investigation or problems with the things TPUSA representatives have said. Don't even dare suggest that Erika Kirk, the grieving widow, should so much as have to answer any questions because her being CEO is trumped by her being a grieving widow that you can't ask questions of.

But the very same ones having a melt down if you so much as question the fact that Tyler Robinson and Tyler Robinson alone, is solely responsible for Charlie's assassination even though we haven't had a trial yet and he has pleaded innocent. Why? Because they have 11 confessions, not 1, but 11. Why do they need 11 confessions? Because they don't have one official one that he actually has signed. But now with this trial they claim her confession was "coerced" and not valid, and they want to throw all kinds of insinuations and slander on the ex husband. The hypocrisy of these women who are also exceedingly self righteous condemning everyone else, is on display for everyone to see.

Time to drop the delusional conspiracy theories regarding the ex-husband. This is Clancy's OWN LAWYER -

"Lindsay Clancy’s attorney called conspiracy theories surrounding Patrick Clancy “horrific” and said his client’s former husband should be able to “move on” with his life.

“It’s obvious that Patrick was a man who stood by his wife through all of the difficulty of the medical issues, the psychiatric issues, the pharmaceutical issues, and even up to the time of the trial and even after the trial,” Reddington said.

Reddington further denounced conspiracy theories that Patrick was somehow involved with the deaths of his children and urged people to stop speculating.

“As I’ve said before, I think it’s horrific what this man has been going through and he’s entitled to move on with his life,” Reddington said. “The fact that he’s moved on with his life and still is standing by Lindsay as far as the legal issues tells the tale.”
LINK

I seriously hope he sues everyone involved.

I’ve been saying this all along. If the argument is that Lindsay Clancy should be found not guilty because her mental state made her incapable of being legally responsible for her actions, then we need to have a much bigger conversation about the implications of that argument.

Women cannot demand to be treated as fully capable, independent adults—CEOs, judges, governors, commanders and presidents—while simultaneously embracing the idea that womanhood or postpartum illness automatically removes criminal responsibility when something horrific happens.

You cannot have equality without accountability.

And before anyone twists my words: I’m a woman. I’m not saying women can’t be trusted. I’m saying lowering the standard of accountability for women ultimately undermines the very equality women fought for. Mental illness deserves compassion and treatment. But the lives of Cora, Dawson and Callan Clancy deserve justice, too. Equal rights. Equal responsibility. Equal accountability.

Despite your obvious prejudicial views, this case has nothing to do with lowering the threshold of accountability.

Your superpower is inflammatory rhetoric.

Anyone who actually is following this case can see it is about the use and abuse of SSRI's.

More irony from the "vaccine is going to kill millions of people in five years" can switch to..... she was in full control, drug induced psychosis does not exist and she knew what she was doing.
