How many years have they had to fight to overcome the nasty stigmatism of women being "hormonal"? We have made tremendous inroads with women running for President, do you have any idea how harmful this could be to that? If men cannot fairly assess a woman's guilt because of "hormones" then how can they fairly assess whether or not to vote for a woman as president? No one is going to let a few women on this jury ruin all that work that has been done over the last 70 years. Especially not right before World War 3 starts. We need every able bodied woman to be in this army. This is their chance to once and for all get rid of the stigma of being "the weaker sex".

Also,Mr.Reddington isn't a police detective.

Ax a defense attorney he can only proceed on the facts in evidence,in the course of his duties in court. Any evidence deemed inadmissable by the judge is off limits to Me.Reddington and the prosecutor too.

Further, because what is said about Patrick clancy in the public sphere is not evidence. Nor can it be construed as such by a competent attorney.

If there was solid evidence pointing to Patrick,which would have to be pursued by detectives in the case, Mr.Reddington could refer to that during the trial. That's a technique designed to raise reasonable doubt for the jury. Because, it provides an alternate theory of the crime the prosecutor brought against Ms.Clancy.

What now appears on the blogs, X, Snapchat,and even here,though very compelling and worthy of public consideration,is considered hearsay in court. And as such is inadmissable.

She should be found not guilty by reading of mental illness or defect.

And while the prosecution is trying to claim she should be found guilty despiteental illness, that's not how justice should be meeted out for mentally ill people.

I knew the judge and or the hold out juror would be an issue after the trial.

The judge should have spoken to each juror,after one sent him 2 notes about the
hold-out, and asked what that juror was saying.

Then,release that hold out and replace him with an alternate juror.

But now,having refused to do that,oh is entirely possible this mistrial will be reversed on appeal.

Jeopardy attaches. And that means Ms.Clancy is free.

Till September 29th.

If he was called as a witness he has to show up. Now he can refuse to answer questions about his wife, but I thought he was the "Ex" in which case he has no legal basis to refuse to answer questions.

That was his ex wife, not his wife. If they were still married he could have refused to testify, but if he is called to testify he has to show up to court and if they aren't married he will be held in contempt if he refuses to answer questions.
