If you are not going to follow the trial best to not pronounce a verdict then.

I wasn't even on the jury, so I won't be pronouncing anything outside my limited opinion. I'm not even speaking outside general principals since I haven't read this thread or know others "verdicts."

Does this apply to the case?

God said,
5And surely your blood of your lives will I require; at the hand of every beast will I require it, and at the hand of man; at the hand of every man's brother will I require the life of man. 6Whoso sheddeth man's blood, by man shall his blood be shed: for in the image of God made he man.
Genesis 9

Guilty. There is no doubt.

Three little babies murdered. And she did it. No question.

Lock her up for life. A nice cozy daisy field or an ice cold prison for life. She should never be out of custody....EVER.

This is arguably the biggest story of the past decade.

Evil is now good. Those poor little kids!!!!!

We Don't hear a word about their horror, but everything is about the murderer and her justified murdering of those parasites.

That's right, I said it, those poor kids are rendered to nothing but parasites in todays world.

Yes, sadly that's how a lot of pro-death parents look at them.
At WVU I wrote argumentative papers on that topic. They were responses to Margaret Sanger and Peter Singer's writings.

Peter Singer said, They are not persons," leading to the conclusion that "the life of a newborn is of less value than the life of a pig, a dog, or a chimpanzee."
He promoted the philosophical outcomes of Darwinian Evil-lutionism.

Margaret Sanger received awards from Adolph Hitler. Even wicked churches in America supported state enforced sterilization and eugenics. Her Birth Control organization name was later changed to Planned Barenhood./Parenthood.
Here's a good documentary. One of the chapters is devoted to this topic. You might want to bookmark it to watch in segments because of length. It's all quite interesting except for the Builderburg chapter near the end.

No it does not, we are not in ancient Israel ........ morality, legality and justice are distinct even though they do overlap, the USA is not a theocracy but this man along with others is working very hard to make it happen perhaps you can join the movement.

He will fix all the laws for you and should anyone in your circle develop Dementia and suffer

from Visual Hallucinations and/or Auditory Hallucinations which Dementia patients do suffer,

I am sure they (the Christian N.) will have Exorcism Stations in every county to deal with the onset

of these symptoms.

Better yet maybe this movement will have a "show trial" and condemn these geriatric people as "witches" ......Salem could be a model. yes I saw those cells, standing room only if you were too poor to pay for the better accommodation.

No need for foundational legal principles, like innocent til proven guilty and proof beyond a reasonable doubt.

It will be great!

No thanks. I'm not a Reformed.

I have no interest in reading this thread other than one of the opening questions that I already answered.
Apparently the media was successful in polarizing America yet another time with one tragic crime while accomplishing nothing of value.

All the while there are members on here who have saved children's lives from emotionally violent adults.
Their experiences do not matter when news pundants stir things up.

Gotta hand to the most brainwashed, those who see and harp on everything as Left (Liberal)/Right dichotomy.

I would say the company one keeps is just as problematic as the media, actually probably more so, people tend to seek out those who confirm their bias.
Be careful.

Those poor little babies! I cannot believe "the topic" is not about what THEY went through.

But, I am a man. I need to be bashed and questioned as if I am worse than a MURDERER.

Didn't you make a post about men being objective and yet your posts are not about the case and the application of the law but

rather the use of outrage (emotion) to override logic and reason.

Seems to me the women have employed reason / logic /evidence more frequently on this thread than the men, they like to post the outrage and ramblings of social media influencers.

You know, I have thought from the beginning of this thread, that the actual topic is 'lets bash women and here is an actual excuse we can use as a reason; meet Mrs Clancy

And the irony is not lost on us>> the women on this thread...... it is the men who have appealed to emotion/outrage far more than the women.

One has to wonder if this thread would have been created if it had been a man charged.

And as you have shown, men have done their fair share of killing their families.

Not sure if this is accurate but it is a very high percentage

Percentage of Perpetrators: Research shows that roughly 91% to 95% of familicide perpetrators are men. [1, 2]

Where/When did she say that?
I didnt say she said that. I said men generally don't rush to defend other men that say that.

And you and everybody else gets the point. Trying to bog people down in rhetorical technicalitites isn't going to change that.

No one makes that statement ever, guilty or innocent,

and it has nothing to do with this case and the application of the law.

Your statement didnt have anything to do with the application of the law either- it was about the thread.

Men (and women) generally won't flock to the defense of killers of (born) children. They say "that's horrible" and move on.

If a man were charged, it is extremly unlikely that a pack of rabid feminists would rush to his defense.

Therefore, the the relationship issues over discordant reactions would be significantly less pronounced, if they existed at all.

Therefore the thread would unlikely be made; because that is what the thread is about.

>90% of familiacides are men, right? Where are the people arguing over those cases? Nowhere! Sure, their might be some exceptions; but this is generally a non-issue.

I've served folks with dementia many years.
I'm not sure how this applies.

Right now I'm being attacked by international lawfare from corrupt local government.
No need for foundational legal principles, like innocent til proven guilty and proof beyond a reasonable doubt.

I've always been a proponent for Due Process.
If we ever get a chance to talk and you are interested, I might share examples of how the Lord worked with me on that.

As to this case, I have only heard how the ex-husband was a wicked reprobate and a few details. Right now I've got too many villains literally attacking me to focus on media drama, hence my picture above and maybe I'll add another directed to the devils.

This wasn't just for ancient Israel, it was for Noah and his descendants (everybody).

The reason that is important, is because this is governments' primary function. A government that fails to perform its primary function gets its legitimacy scrutinized, and is in danger of destroying itself.

The people advocating for abortion and suicide are not just peddling evil; this specific type of degeneracy is a danger to the nation as a whole.

Theocracy is not a credible threat; because it won't happen. The country is too divided, and the constitution specfically gaurds against it.

In Mass. the burden of proof when the defendant claims Not guilty by reason of insanity is on the prosecution. In Illinois the burden of proof is on the defendant.

However, this should not make any difference if there is no bias and you have a fair chance of "proving beyond a reasonable doubt".

The accusation that the other jurors made about the hold out was that he had expressed doubt, hence he should have voted not guilty by reason of insanity.

However if you take that stance then no one could ever be found guilty in Mass. when they plead insanity and no one could ever be found not guilty in Illinois when pleading insanity. It is not "logic" that says if you have any doubt then she must be innocent, it is idiocy. No one can ever be 100% certain of a person's state of mind at some hypothetical moment that took place months before a trial. Hence the term "reasonable doubt".

I don't know if she had a psychotic episode anymore than you do. But I can look at the evidence. I can see the evidence proves she planned this out, acted logically while performing the act, and there is no prior evidence of psychotic events or diagnosis.

Now if she had been diagnosed with this previously, if her husband had suspected she might be insane, if the side effects of her medicine included psychotic breaks with reality, then that could have slid the balance in favor of a not guilty verdict.

Attempting to commit suicide is not evidence of a psychotic break. Here is a list of the primary motives and none of them indicate a person is unable to discern between right and wrong.

Primary Internal Motives
    • Desire for Escape: Trying to get away from an impossible or unbearable life situation, distressing thoughts, or painful emotions.
    • Psychache: Experiencing extreme, unmanageable psychological or emotional pain that feels permanent.
    • Hopelessness: A deep-seated belief that personal circumstances, suffering, or mental state will never improve.
    • Perceived Burdensomeness: The distorted cognitive belief that one is a financial or emotional burden to family, friends, or society, and that others would be better off.
    • Thwarted Belongingness: Severe loneliness, social alienation, or a profound lack of meaningful social connection. [1, 2]

Contributing Health and External Factors

    • Depression and Mental Illness: Severe Depression and other mood or anxiety disorders can severely distort reality and problem-solving abilities.
    • Substance Use Disorders: Misuse of alcohol or drugs can intensify impulsivity, despair, and emotional dysregulation.
    • Chronic Physical Pain: Long-term debilitating or terminal physical illnesses where individuals see no prospect of relief.
    • Acute Life Crises: Sudden traumatic events such as the loss of a relationship, financial ruin, or severe public humiliation. [1, 2, 3]

Communicative Motives

    • Cry for Help: An action taken to signal extreme distress and force intervention or support from others when verbal communication has failed

Those poor little babies! I cannot believe "the topic" is not about what THEY went through.

Hating men is what is REALLY going on in this thread........And It really isn't about "hating men" It's about HATING their authority.

Emotion/subjective~~Women
Objective~~Men.

Maybe you should calm your emotions enough to comprehend there are several issues being discussed in this thread -

1. No one has denied the horror of 3 murdered children, so I'm not clear what you're ranting about. The topic is actually "Modern relationships...", and not "What did the children go through". If you want to dedicate a thread about that, no one is stopping you.

2. Confronting the OP's assumption that an "overwhelming majority of females" support Lindsay Clancy, which is a false statement made with zero evidence. That's simply a fact and has nothing to do with hate.

3. Some men and women here are accusing the husband of being somehow involved or responsible for the murders with zero facts, and that is also being confronted.

Maybe that is why men are getting bashed so hard.........The women on this thread are one foot in and one foot out.

Some men are rightfully being called out for falsely lumping all women together, as you just did. Your comment is an illogical, emotional knee-jerk reaction to a multi-faceted discussion which you've clearly not bothered to read in full.

No, it was not accurate

This was not a case of familicide. So completely irrelevant to this case.

Fathers account for roughly 57% to 58% of parents who murder their children, while mothers account for about 42% to 43%. [1, 2, 3]

Statistical Breakdown
According to long-term tracking of U.S. law enforcement arrest data (such as FBI Supplementary Homicide Reports analyzed by researchers):

    • Fathers: Responsible for about 57% to 58% of parental child homicides (filicide) overall. A father killing a son is the single most common specific scenario (around 29.5% of cases), while a father killing a daughter accounts for roughly 18%. [1, 2, 3]
    • Mothers: Responsible for about 42% to 43% of parental child homicides overall. A mother killing a son accounts for about 22% of cases, and a mother killing a daughter accounts for about 20%. [1, 2, 3]

Age-Related Differences
The split between mothers and fathers changes significantly depending on the age of the child:

    • Infants (Neonates and under age 1): Mothers and fathers are about equally likely to be the perpetrator (females account for roughly 51% of infant homicides). [1]
    • Older Children and Adolescents: Male offenders (fathers) become increasingly predominant as the age of the victim increases, making up a larger majority of the arrests for older minors and adult offspring.
