Also it sounds like 70 AD.

Apostate Israel was called a Harlot many times in the OT:

God is still home in Jerusalem and is still protecting the IDF there as shown in the series 'Against All Odds' 2011 mini-series. Lk 21:20 yes armies will try again to wipe-out Israel, but do they succeed....NO.

I think that the beast that comes out of the sea (the Mediterranean sea) is Rome, and the beast that comes out of the land (looks like a lamb, speaks like a dragon) is Jerusalem.
His 2 horns are the last 2 high priests.
We are also told much detail about the Roman kings.
Revelations 17:10 And there are seven kings: five are fallen, and one is, and the other is not yet come; and when he cometh, he must continue a short space.
11 And the beast that was, and is not, even he is the eighth, and is of the seven, and goeth into perdition.
At the time John was writing 5 Roman kings had fallen since the birth of Christ: Julius Cesar, Augustus Cesar, Tiberius Cesar, Caligula and Claudius.
One is: Nero Cesar.
The other is not yet come: Galba, who reigned for only 7 months, and thus "continued a short space".
After that the Roman Empire disintegrated into civil war and chaos and was by all appearance dead.
Following the civil wars, the 8th beast Vespasian (69-79AD) "miraculously" arose, and founded the Flavian dynasty.
It was under his son Titus that Jerusalem was destroyed.
The Beast who John was not at liberty to name in person is Nero Cesar.
The number of his name is found when transliterating "Neron Cesar" into Hebrew letters, and adding up the numerical values of those letters.

The harlot is riding on the beast? Shouldn't them be in the same time frame? They work together.

The verse below is very clear that the land of Israel belongs to the Jewish people in the past, present, and future. This is not symbolic and it is certainly not referring to non-Jews who are Christians.
Ezekiel 37:21-26 -
This is what the Sovereign Lord says: I will take the Israelites out of the nations where they have gone. I will gather them from all around and bring them back into their own land. I will make them one nation in the land, on the mountains of Israel. There will be one king over all of them and they will never again be two nations or be divided into two kingdoms. They will no longer defile themselves with their idols and vile images or with any of their offenses, for I will save them from all their sinful backsliding and I will cleanse them. They will live in the land I gave to my servant Jacob, the land where your ancestors lived. They and their children and their children’s children will live there forever,

Wikipedia says he was dictator of Rome from 49 to 44 BC.
John did not claim that the first beast was present at Jesus birth however, that was my mistake.
