Hey guys,

I got a dreaded phone call yesterday from my dad saying that my mom was admitted in the hospital and in ICU being on watch for a stroke. I am scared, but I also know God is in control and please pray for both her and my family as we decipher details as they come. Thanks in advance
 
Father God, we pray for renewed_hope's momma, please take care of her in the ICU and heal her body and bring her back home soon. Lord let there be no more stroke, but your peace and strength come upon her. Lord bless the treatment she is undergoing and bless with a good health. Lord we agree with this prayer please heal and bless her and let your peace be with everyone in this family. In Jesus Gracious name, Amen!
 
I’m so sorry to hear about your mom’s illness. I know how difficult it must be for you and your family right now. I just said a prayer for her, asking the Lord to touch her with His healing hands and strengthen her. Take comfort in God’s mercy, and remember the words of the apostle James: “The prayer of faith shall save the sick, and the Lord shall raise him up...” (James 5:15). May He be your ever-present help and may He surround you and your family with His comfort and peace. Sending hugs & prayers your way!
 
Praying for your Mom and your family. I know what it's like to suddenly have a parent in the hospital in critical care. Praying for God's will and His glory.

Update: My mom was discharged and has a surgical procedure on Monday morning so continued prayers would be appreciated.
