my study bible and evolution

I'm interested in what the outcome of this is.

Did you throw this Bible in the garbage or otherwise dispense with it as some have suggested?

Or did you send it back?

Or are you using it?

And that is an excellent Bible. And you can’t beat free. Surprisingly very quick to load pages, at least on my computer.

I’ll be consulting that one, along with my Zondervan NASB Study Bible, Nelson NKJV Study Bible, and others as necessary. The appendixes in the KJV Companion Bible are interesting.

I don't agree with everything in the commentaries in those Bibles, which is not a reason to throw them out.

I use four Bibles: the New English Bible, the NIV, and the New Oxford Annotated Bible. I own a beautiful King James, but it doesn't get all that much use.

I recommend e-Sword for your PC and my-Sword for you tablet and smart phone. Both are free, and you are able to study verse by verse in most standard Bibles, a variety of concordances, and with several dictionaries. You also have Hebrew and Greek versions that are linked to your dictionaries. I like the notes function and the compare function.

If you must have a paper copy, I recommend the NKJV and either the ESV or ASV.
