I'll try to keep this short: I was sinking in sin & Jesus reached down & saved me, by the grace of God. When I turned 25 i was married to a cheating, drug using husband (i didn't know about the drugs until later) & had 2 kids, I got addicted to drugs & alcohol, i was running from all the pain over the years. My husband took my kids away. My marriage ended in divorce. I was going to end my life by slitting my wrists in a drunken drug induced high. I prayed & prayed for God to help me, I didn't even know if God was real then. As i took the razor blade to my wrists God showed me how important I was He wasn't finished with me yet. Six months later me & my husband worked things out, & remarried. We were so happy, God blessed us with a son. But my hubby had never stopped the drugs, he got me back on them. I had a miscarriage 7months later, due to the drugs. My husband had a drug overdose he literally died, but by the grace of God he spared him. We cleaned out our house & lives of all the bad stuff & got our lives on track. Three months later we were baptized & joined church. The Lord blessed us with 2 more children... Our lives aren't perfect the past still haunts us from time to time, it's an uphill battle, But God has blessed us in so many ways. I Praise His Holy Name!!
 
I have heard so many testimonies of people who were stuck in drugs and alcohol who have been saved by the Lord, its a really strong place of sin people become trapped in that God uses to call His people from. I often like to watch videos of people who were called out of that life to Him on youtube. I am way happy that He has called out to you, too.

im blessed by your testimony...it's been a long time since i haven't read a testimony like this....God is always loving and forgiving.
