Name something (anything) that you saw or experienced that made you really sad that you couldn’t stop crying because you didn’t understand the injustice.

Also: if you have any tips to comfort or how did you get over it?

Ok I’ll start: I saw a tiktok video of a puppy locked in a vet cage (shelter for mistreated pets) and he was on the corner of the cage because he thought he was being punished and he was crying shivering from the cold not willing to face the vet and be comforted. The vet had to use her finger somehow to bring her warmth and comfort but this dog was too traumatized in his head. I’d say put them to sleep because that way he won’t suffer. And they’d be in a better place.

Also puppies that walk around like humans are being abused so they act like 3yr old girls with clothes and backpacks that is abuse and I don’t find it nice at all.

I love dogs but current have been content with our two cats Tango and Sugar. It breaks my heart to see animals that are unloved and abused horribly. People that abuse animals need to go to jail, perhaps 90 days on a chain gang kept on a short leash.

If anyone thinks our dog is abused, try to take her chair when she is in it.

I love to watch "Secrets of the Zoo". On one episode, they removed coins from the stomach of a bird. The bird didn't recover from the heavy medal that it had absorbed from the coins. Signs had been placed all around the habitat telling people not to throw coins in the pools.

I thought about the harm that we are doing to our wildlife by what we toss out our car windows, or our boats. Sad that we don't take the time to properly dispose of it.

Two things come mind, butmany things make me sad. I hate to see any person or animal suffer
One thing is any caged animal. Caged hens eat and lay eggs. They have no room to even turn found. I would never buy those eggs,it is a wicked way to treat one of God's creatures.
Another that comes to mind is a video an evangelist took in Asia. Animals being transported to the slaughter house.. they were piled up on top of each other, crammed in a cage on top of a bus. The suffering on their faces was heartbreaking.

Some of the horrendous deaths from Oregon's wildfires this last summer had me sobbing.

Children that die in accidents, waiting for their parents to save them, make me cry.

Saw a video of a 1-year old Chinese boy who fell out his window, 20 stories up, and got caught on a neighbor's window below. Neighbor saw him and reached through the grates to hold on to him until help could arrive. Baby kept crying for his dad. That made me cry.

As a mom, basically anything where a child or baby is abused...makes me cry.
