I am in my local hospital as I write this ,have been since Friday.

Thursday early between 3-5 a.m on return from bathroom visit, I lay back down and suddenly over my left breast came this incredible pain. At first I was startled then gripping my chest as the pain increased a beautiful calm came upon me. I just began to talk to Jesus telling him if this was my time it was OK just could we get the pain over with.

Shorter version I went to Dr.@ 7:30 a.m, Fri. got tested for covid from car. I thought I probably had pneumonia again.
Tested negative and was told by nurse while still in the car that they couldn't let me in to get a CXR bc hx of P. E. and they didn't want the responsibility. Told me to go immediately to E.R.

Daughter brought me straight here and they began running multiple test to see if it was heart attack. Tested my lungs with contrast to check for P. E.

MD. said yesterday I had scarring of my left lung,no P.E.this means I have new DX of pulmonary fibrosis.
There are four stages, no cure with life expectancy of 3-10 yrs. if treatment is successful. Will be seeing Pulmonologist asap for test of both lungs.

I am not afraid of dying but I'm having a really really hard time trying to know how or if I should tell my only daughter.
This is my request to have wisdom on what and when to tell her.

Just as a side note I'd like to say I'm sorry if I caused any of you stress or angst.
I am not as mean nor unspiritual as some might think.
Find room please in your heart to forgive me I ask.
I will shorten my time on cc,I have loved sharing the word of life with some of you and some things I wished I'd never learned here about the state of the bride.

Peace and grace to all

For he chose us in him before the creation of the world to be holy and blameless in his sight. In love he predestined us to be adopted as his sons through Jesus Christ, in accordance with his pleasure and will.

Thank you all for your love and kindness.
As you said before @PennEd you and EG are hard headed, so am I.
I will be fighting this and with the Lord on my side I can only win either way!

When I get out of hospital,I've already lined up a specialist, starting with a Pulmonologist!

You know how I hate misinformation....... Lol
Looking for something better ❤💜💙💛

Your post sadden me greatly. I will pray for the doctors to provide effective treatment and also to alleviate your pain and discomfort. You have absolutely nothing to be sorry about and I always enjoy your uplifting posts. Prayer being said now. God bless you friend.
