I have been "born again" over 60 years (as John 3; John 14; etc.) and know our Holy Bible quite well. I look forward to that day when I am 'raptured' (lifted up in joy) to be with my Savior: the Lord Jesus. I like to share what our Creator God has promised mankind who trust Him in His "...beloved Son" --the Lord Jesus. It has given me much blessing and guidance over the years. Let us all encourage each one to stay close to our Savior and 'walk an talk' with Him daily, until we hear the shout: "come up hither", and with all the saints be together in the Father's house forever.

Welcome !ambassador, nice name you chose!

Lately I have been thinking as I see the very bad conditions worldwide, that it all sounds like what I have perceived in Holy Scripture, that we are fast approaching the "rapture" ('joyful uplifting') of the universal Church. As I see in the Word, most of what is foretold has now been manifested. It appears we are in a time of great disorder: killings whenever some do not like one or get angry over something, and many do not agree with any order or unity, and see government in dissaray and not managing things well; and no mention of our Creator-God and His intent and desire for His people, is much heard.
When I review the 'end time' in Scripture, I see Satan (called the great 'deceiver') working to disrupt things and 'whispering' ideas in people's minds, for he well knows his end as God has declared. We are told the universal Church (the "bride of Christ") will be suddenly without notice called up Home to our Lord Jesus. Then there will be seven years of Satan's reign on earth with his two "beasts" (as Revelation shows) --the political one and the religous one. All mankind left behind will have to receive the "mark of the beast" as we are told, to buy of sell (or have any liberty); and will be slaves.
After the seven years of this terrible time on earth, the Lord Jesus will return with His "bride" (those of us redeemed as John 3:16; etc.), and will reign for a 'thousand years' --called the "millennium" in our book of Revelation. Then it will be good everywhere; until the Church will return to heaven; and Israel will then be restored as God's earthly people forever, having finally bowed to Him, whom the new religious leaders then clammorded for the Romans to kill on the Cross (one can read this in our Book of Revelation, with a new Jerusalem of appointed faithful saints of those Old Testament faithful prophets.
Well, we know the story after the 'resurrection' of our Savior, and the hope we have, if IN the Savior by faith and devotion (noting John 14; John 17; Romans 8; etc.
What a Savior we have in our Lord Jesus, the "Christ of God"!
--1ambassador.

Yes, God works in His saints, but worldliness often pre-occupies man, and we sometimes go contrary to what our God shows and expects. We surely do need to know "all the counsel of God" and be "rightly dividing the Word of Truth" as told. I feel a need to confess my weaknesses daily, and trust my God --in Jesus, my Lord and Savior, and get back on track to obedience and faithfulness each day.
