Slightly more seriously, since you've found the Forums, it's much easier to explain. Many people who use the App and access the Chat rooms can't comprehend the existence of the Forums. If you click Christian Chat Rooms and Forums in the upper left, you'll be able to access the Chat rooms as well. Chat allows live discussion, with text and/or voice, whereas the responses in the Forums are "when convenient".
Most of the Forum side is fairly self-explanatory. Take a moment to read through the Sticky posts at the top of many of the forums; they give basic information. Oh... read the Rules. Contravention of the Rules usually results in being banned.

If you want to check back on topic you posted in the easiest way is to click on your user name up top and then click on subscriptions.
I guess that's kinda helpful.
