Beast = Organization = Financial + Political + Religious

Old Beast = Current Federal Reserve system which IS in the process of being intentionally crashed to make way for an improved...

Then I saw another beast coming up out of the earth; and he had two horns like a lamb and he spoke as a dragon. He exercises all the authority of the first beast in his presence. And he makes the earth and those who dwell in it to worship the first beast, whose fatal wound was healed.

And the beast was seized, and with him the false prophet who performed the signs in his presence, by which he deceived those who had received the mark of the beast and those who worshiped his image; these two were thrown alive into the lake of fire which burns with brimstone.


Again, this is all purely speculation...we'll know for sure when it happens.

This is the best that I've been able manage with my limited access to decent intelligence.

To my knowledge, the $40+b stimulus was raised to $80+b and is now over $100 billion...PER MONTH! I am of the understanding that most of this stimulus money that has been accruing since the stimulus' start has not been infused into the financial system as of yet, hence the very slow visible inflation rate at present. When the Federal Reserve unleashes all of the US Bond debt into the system, you will see a hyper-inflationary period that will make the stock market crash of 1929 look like...well...use your imagination. This crash cause and effect WILL ripple throughout the world and undoubtedly cost the lives of millions, possibly even billions through poverty, starvation...and war.

When the pieces are finally picked up...the false prophet and the final beast will be realized in a new system that promises that all of the problems have been solved...but of course, allegiance and a mark will be needed to take part in the new utopian society.

One or two coincidences I might be able to swallow, but nine??? Give me a break. Major banks and holding companies have derivative exposures that exceed the total assets of the whole world and those exposures are eating our financial institutions alive!

Below is the only Bible prophecy that still needed to be fulfilled before the return of the Lord and it is being fulfilled right now, right under our noses . . .

I hate it when people make sweeping assertions which they insist are as true as God's own Word and then refuse to substantiate their assertion in any way, shape, or form.

You have hit the nail right on the head by using the word, "argument," as being mine. It is not my argument, it is the Word of Yahweh. Since you have read it, you know the world monetary systems will disappear. It would be a disservice were I to argue what is in simple words from our Maker. If you did not understand this, please reread it, and when you get to the part about buying and selling or not either, fix your concentration on that. Otherwise, as you have deftly stated, it is just my argument, and I certainly am tired of all the arguments rising in this forum.

Those 9 bankers are a preview of what is to come of men's hearts failing them. They know that the economy is going to crash as well. They however thought with the carnal mind. Again this event will separate the wheat from the tares. Those who rest in the Lord or look for their bread in the field (world).

Thank you. I've used James 5 in another post after reading it as well. Let's look at Luke 17:28-29:

"Likewise, just as it was in the days of Lot—they were eating and drinking, buying and selling, planting and building, but on the day when Lot went out from Sodom, fire and sulfur rained from heaven and destroyed them all."

Many Rapture commentaries and other scriptures describe the general state of things before the end in a way that suggest that, while there will be economic turmoil and depression, there won't be an actual worldwide economic collapse until the period in which the final judgment seals are loosed upon the earth.

If true, this would indicate that though the economy will be in turmoil (even great turmoil); it will not actually collapse as people will be healthy enough up to the final series of judgments begin.

Honestly, I don't see it going down like a row of dominos until the very end.

It's not in Revelation, but in James . . .

James 5:1-3 Come now, rich ones, weep and howl for your hardships coming on. Your riches have rotted, and your clothes have become moth-eaten. Your gold and silver have corroded, and their poison will be a witness against you, and will eat your flesh as fire. You heaped treasure in the last days.

I'm talking about the time of the very end. In my opinion, all of Revelation, plus the rest of Bible prophecy, that needed to be fulfilled before the return of the Lord has already been fulfilled, with the exception of James 5:1-8, which appears to be on the threshold of being fulfilled even as I write. But having no special prophetic gift, I'm just going to wait and see. <smile>

The Lord led me to dedicate 100% of the last 35 years of my life to the study (not of traditional eschatology), but of Bible prophecy itself. This opened the door to seeing the prophetic books in a totally new way, a departure which is anathema to most. The Berean spirit appears to be in short supply these days so I'll probably take most of what I've learned with me to the grave.

But what's new? It's been like that all the way back to when Joseph's brothers threw him into that pit and later sold him to the Ishmaelites.

Ah, the very end. Yes. I agree. I read scriptures relating to the very end of this age and the catastrophe is sweeping. Look at Revelations 18:14, "The fruit you long for has gone from you, and all things that were luxurious and splendid have passed away from you and men will no longer find them" (NASB).

The merchandise that was previously available is now gone and will never ever be available again. International trade and the commercial system are materially shut down, maybe even completely shut down.

And, yes it's always interesting to look at emerging theological models. As long as they do not violate one or more of the essentials of Christianity, they are free to compete with existing models to see which has the best explanatory power. Peace.
