Cats don't easily forgive, not as much as dogs are, and are very selective in whom they think deserves their affection, as dogs aren't.

And here's to the hope that we might tarry 'til Christ comes and all is restored. 🥲

A stranger is just a friend you haven't met.
If there are any aliens, and they introduce themselves, I'd just ask them what their name is, and call them that.
You can't call someone by a name they don't have. Because they won't answer to you.

Sheep are flock oriented and prefer staying in groups for protection while goats are more independent, curious and exploratory. That's not suggesting that you're a goat but that you have yet to encounter very many sheep so, I imagine you will be one of those skipping like this when that happens.

At the center core base-level historical definition of 'alien' is the idea of 'unfamiliar'/'unknown' by way of being 'external'/'outside'. The use of the word 'alien' today may often be applied to "creatures from outer space" ('from-out-of-this-world'); however, that is a modern adaptation rather than the original historical usage - it has most often been used relative to citizenship in/of a country. (from-out-of-this-country) And, there is no automatic implication of any negative attribute attached to the word by the word itself. It merely denotes a 'condition' or 'status' - 'in the mind' (psychological perspective) or 'on paper' (legal perspective).

But - your point is well made also...
