Hi, I would like to ask for prayer. I worked with this lady & we became the best of friends in 1976 at the cotton mill in Eufaula, Al. The family moved to TX & I was so afraid her husband was going to kill her. He was so mean. Twenty Five years later, I went to work at West Point Stevens in Abbeville, Al. My first day there was excellent. My friend who I had not seen in those years saw me & all I could do was to cry because my friend was safe. She never had my address to write & I never got hers. But since then we've been keeping in contact with each other, going out to eat once a month or just talking on the phone. I usually get a Christmas card from her every year & I didn't last year. Didn't think much of it cause sometimes people don't have the money to send cards to everyone. I've called, texted & even went to her house. She lives in a different town. I left a note on the door for her to call me, left my phone number just in case she had lost it on her phone. Today after church, I went to her house,. Another vehicle was there, not hers. I knocked on both the front door & the back door. No responce. I've just come to the conclusion that she passed away & I'll never see my friend again. My heart is broken & am asking for prayers. Please. God Bless you all.

Hi, I just wanted to humbly thank each of you who prayed for me or even thought about what I was going through at that time in my life. Prayer works & its wonderful to have people to pray for you when you dearly need it. At least I'm getting better & I thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Are not five sparrows sold for two pennies? Yet not one of them is forgotten by God. Indeed, the very hairs of your head are all numbered. Don't be afraid; you are worth more than many sparrows.
Luke 12:6-7
