Completely false. Paul said that the righteous effect of the law is fulfilled in those who walk by the spirit (Romans 8:4). This is the same word rendered righteous deeds in Revelation 19:8.

Right, but not all believers walk after the Spirit. Some walk after the flesh. Just look to the Corinthian believers. They were living worldly, carnal lives. They were not walking after the Spirit. Yet, they were justified. How? Because they had the faith of Christ upon believing the gospel.

He never said they had any faith at all. In fact, he said their faith was dead. It was not like his own faith, which was living..
A living, whether your a jew, a greek, an african, an american, It does not matter what you are. A dead faith will never work.. again, no matter who you are.

My believing the gospel has allowed Christ to impute His righteousness to me. Years later, my faith waivered, I doubted about God and salvation etc...but thank the Lord that His faith remained true. There are some believers that have no Bible, no church, no discipleship whatsoever, and they end up falling back into the world's way of things. But they are saved because their was that moment in their life when they heard the gospel, believed the gospel and were sealed by the Holy Spirit. They have no knowledge of the good works they should even be doing.

His faith didn't remain true--His Promise remained true.
That Promise being: If YOU have faith in Christ, then you are saved eternally.
Why do you call them "believers" if they do not believe?

Now the question you need to ask yourself is "Can I will myself to not walk after the flesh?".
It's by the will, and by the will alone that we look to GOD for guidance in how to walk. And then we walk as we are guided. It really takes less will to walk after the flesh because that tends to happen automatically.
