Revelation 15:2 And I saw as it were a sea of glass mingled with fire: and them that had gotten the victory over the beast and over his image, and over his mark, and over the number of his name, stand on the sea of glass having the harps of God.
The "glassy sea" we are looking at here, are those who had the victory over Satan [the Antichrist] and his system. They resisted Satan in every way. The sea of glass is all the people who remained true to Jesus Christ. They are God's election.

We are in heaven here, and heaven is where ever Christ is. The greatest clue to understanding God's overall plan is given right here in this verse. They had all overcome, and they all were in one place when they all sang this same song. This song, the "Song of Moses" is the victory song given in Exodus 15:1-19, and also in Deuteronomy 32:1-43.
A victory song always tells how you gained the victory, so it is important for us to know what is in the song. This song then will also let us know how we can have the victory over Satan. Deuteronomy 32 specifically its mentioned in revelation. I think people confused another chapter as being it, but its really Deuteronomy 32 .
