Sis was pleased I got her the Baby Sitters Club book, it even had patterns on the page edges.
I started reading the first chapter, but I didn't read the whole thing. Mary Anne writes/narrates the first chapter. It's summer once a gain and all the Babysitters save Mary Anne and Stacey are going away for the school holidays. Mary Anne, stuck at home in Stoneybrook is feeling lonely and loss what to do without her friends. So the other babysitters propose to write to her so she can feel included in all the fun stuff they are doing in their vacations.
