Sometimes your supposed friends can be the worst spammers. Heres stuff they send

Chain messages that say fwd this to at least ten people and back to me so I know you like me
Warnings about Scams that everyone knows about already...most people are not that stupid
Health warnings and various warnings that imply you are going to die if you dont read it
Pictures that take up massive amounts of bandwidth
personal problems
So and so has just died that youve never heard of
Emails you got from an expo offering free stuff or any online marketing newsletter that I never signed up for
Usless information that has 10 things you should (NOT) know about something
Links to weird websites and expecting me to click on them to read them without saying why

Yea I have a long list. If you do any of these things I will block your email as you have violated my inbox.
Anyone else want to add anything..?

Complaining a lot about all the things people talk about. I really hate it when people talk so much about people talking. Just gets on my nerves so much.

It also bugs me when people complain about people trying to be helpful.

But the absolute, end-all worst is when people complain about something... and it gets on the nerves of those around them, so they complain about the complainers... and that gets on everybody else's nerves, so they complain about the people who complain about complaining. It's so annoyingly meta, and meta stuff gets on my nerves worse than anything.

I’m gonna complain about the multiple use of the word ‘complain’ here.

Went through my junk folder today and found...

Work group updates that I already had worked on
Random Computer SEO specialists touting for business...all sending the same kind of email but under different names
Emails for taste surveys and focus groups that I have never particpated in
Ads for companies that i had never heard of with stuff I never buy

And a gardening newsletter not sure why thats in my junk folder, which I need to unjunk. Cos i dont ever look in my junk folder.

In my inbox...someone I dont know from a bar of soap fwded me some kind of green business sutainabilty newsletter thing. Didnt even introduce themselves or who they were. It was way too long to read and in werid business langauge that I dont understand so, that's gone to junk.

I mean, I could respond and say why, person I dont even know, are you emailing me? Please stop. But I dont.

Its just harder with people you do know. Why, xxx are you fwding me your junk? Can you reserve the cat pictures and jokes and strange links for FB and warnings about how everyone is going to die if they dont read this if you want everyone to see it?

Lol they must not have heard of the unsolicited emails act, that can be lible for fines of thousands of dollars if they spam people. I think mailchimp must get abused.

Then theres emails that company send that say DO NOT REPLY cos if everyone replied to them their computers would crash and the world would end.

I rarely get personal emails anymore. So many faster and easier options out nowadays. So I expect to mostly get spam.

I still use email cos it costs less than sms messaging.
I have a pretty good filter on my email now. Also it helps to change your email address completely if you are getting spammed.

I really don't like just because someone has a birthday they feel it's perfectly fine to blast out one of those facebook fundraiser requests.

Not that whatever they are trying to raise funds for isn't important, but it's almost a shaming, bullying type thing. I even had one guy ask me after a week, "hey, did you see that fundraiser thing I sent out?" We give to plenty of charities that are close to our hearts and are for the Lord.

Obviously this isn't a fast and hard rule. There may in fact be appropriate times to do it, but they have gotten very prolific.

Along similar lines are posts from Christians saying something like " I love Jesus, repost and say Amen if you agree, but I bet most of you won't!" YUCH!

I dont like blackmail....!

Some organisations still send out snail mail begging letters saying please support xxx they dont have enough money a gift of $1000 would be great. Fill out this form with your credit card details. Like they expect you to have a credit card and $1000 to drop just like that. You will be blessed if you do!

Even if its a worthy cause, I dont think its right to do that. Plus how much are people spending on sending out those letters?

Writing out your complaints on paper is a good way to vent.

Yes I agree and I write lots of letters.
There's also something quite satisfying about using an electronic typewriter :p

Personally, I like the font and the instant ink and the clickity clack ha.

Are you one of those people who complain to the editor in the paper or post whinging things on social media? I closed my account on one social media platform called neighbourly because people were just complaining all the time. They would try and call me and say and email me to say why why arent you posting?! Im like, I dont have time for this. I cant. Solve everyones problems, negativity and certianly dont have time to read every single comment.

Theres a lot of junk out there thats just not worth your time. If you want to complain about something take it up with the person who deals with the complaints first but if they dont do anything about it then tell someone else who can. A lot of people complain but cant think of any solutions to the problem. Its best to give a suggested solution or a better way to do things then just complain.

You guys are way too social then complain about people. I don't use social media and don't get mail from pretty much anybody. Be less social. Problem solved. :p
