I believe these are Rusty Patched Bumble Bees. They are larger than others. Their abdomen is black with a golden cephalothorax and a dot.

That is quite the insect.
Reminds me of @CarriePie ‘s video where she films those bee butts up close. They looked like they were ready to attack but she had no fear in the world, so of course, they didn’t feel threatened most likely.

I've never met anyone like her before I met her, so to see you both have those similarities was a culture shock.
I plan on visiting her this summer, so it's probably going to be quite the culture shock for me, coming from a big city like Long Beach, which is in Los Angeles County.
I remembered her YouTube video of the azaleas blooming early when I saw those bees.
There are a lot of people who move to rural states because of the property taxes, etc. That will be a big change, but the only one's that I've heard complain are the University students who say there's nothing to do.
Just watch out if she takes you fishing. I remember a thread here where she talked about the water snakes!
Will pray for you brother! I don't think I've had that experience but I've got your back! I also think you are very active. Maybe you got too active too quickly from your previous recovery? Maybe slow down and rest a little bit? Ask God if you need rest. He will know better than me.
