I taught soccer camps a couple summers and, the kids all called me, 'Mr. Ed,' and , for lunch-hour, after the kids ate, I was often called on by the camp director to tell short funny, or, scary , stories to the kids, 200 of them aged 5-14, to keep them sitting and out of trouble after lunch.
I did a sermón for my singles group a few years ago based on movie, 'Music From Another Room.'
A CEO for a large billion-dollar games corporation heard me give a devotional , along with 500 others in the room, and looked at me and said, 'You should be a tele-evangelist.' There was a collective sigh in the room after that.
I say , 'The Lord leads,' a lot, but I don't think I've ever told you what comes next, as I see it...'Follow.'
I think of several concrete bible-story examples, like Abraham sacrificing Isaac, Jonah, Daniel, Joseph, and, the ladies will like the irón-gut leading of Esther, with one of my fave verses, 'If I perish, I perish.'
