So I'm pretty shy and I'm been struggling with my faith for a while. I still believe but living the christian life is hard. I usually consider myself lonely. However last Friday, our youth group had an overnight vigil. It was nice and at one point people just started praying for one another. I couldn't go up to someone and pray for them because I had nothing to give spiritually. However a girl saw me and she prayed for me. It was random but it felt very good. I usually feel alone but in this case I was reminded that I wasn't and people actually do care. After she was done, I was in tears and I felt a good warmth. Basically I'm just saying that if you are in church and you see someone lonely and alone, ask if you wanted prayer. She asked and I said yes, she's also one of the kindest people I ever met. You never know how much a genuine prayer for someone and an act of kindness, how much that can lift their spirits.

I am glad that happened to you.

Ask God to fill you to a point that He gushes out of you. Then lay hands on others.

Go deeper into Him. Then deeper, and yet deeper still. You will become like that lady. You will change the lives of others.
