Lord Jesus, I lift up Jacob and his mom to You in prayer. Lord you know the needs within this family & You care deeply about every detail of ones life. Lord, may Jacob grow strong in You & may he learn to trust You in every area of his life. I pray for Jacobs mom, Lord, draw her close to Your heart as well. Meet the needs of this family & may they ultimately know Your love & peace. In Jesus name....
