Have you considered joining the military after high school? This would provide financial stability with an opportunity to save a substantial portion of your income, get you away from home, possibly another country, and will pay for most or all of your college education when your enlistment is over. It would be quite an adventure and provide life-time skills and experience that will serve you well though-out your life.
There will always be people who will be telling you what to do. Like bosses. Professors. Authorities. Parents. Part of being and/or becoming an adult is not freedom from responsibilities, but freedom via doing what you are responsible to do.
It's your mother's job to tell you what to do. Some mothers are better at it than others. However, you will need to find a job and hold onto it so you can pay your rent, pay your electricity, and buy food and clothes. And if you don't keep your house clean, no one will come near it.
A huge party, eh? You have no job, no place to live, no money, no car, no references to get an apartment and pay rent.So how are you planning to finance this big party? Newsflash, you are NOT mature enough to live on your own and function well doing so. Apartments are scarce, rent is expensive, not to mention your utilities, groceries, etc. You have to plan on how to get to where you want to go, if you don't have a vehicle. Money doesn't grow on trees, and neither do jobs. You need a high school diploma or GED to get a job, along with being properly qualified for that job. So if you think being on your own is gonna be a barrel of fun, you are sorely mistaken..
The military? Really Jerry? She's not mature enough to be in the military. She doesn't like being told what to do by mommy.Do you REALLY think she'd do any better taking orders from a drill instructor? I don't..
Speaking from experience I can say that the military has a way of speeding up the maturity process. Most enlistee's in the military are not really very mature. This is not really an altogether bad thing because everyone that joins starts with a clean slate. I do believe that she has serious issues with authority and that is why I recommend that she considers what I have said. If she survives basic training she most likely will have any problems with authority resolved. The goal of a drill instructor is to break your rebellious spirit so you can then be molded and trained. The ones that resist are eventually washed out. It's very much a growth process in maturity and confidence.
If you do join the military, sign up for a long training program (AIT - Advanced Individual Training). Generally, the longer the better because they are more likely to teach you skills you can use when you get out.
I signed up for four years in the Army and spent 14 months in electronics school. When I got out, I put myself through college doing electronics repair. 40 years later, I am still in the electronics field.
If you are moderately intelligent, you might find the air force more to your liking.

You're planning on abandoning her, while claiming she has abandoned you? You're buying what a prophet said only as it relates to what you want? You have a home, food, someone to do your clothes, and yet that same person doing that for you is never there?
You want to go to university in another country, have your own place, have a big party to celebrate all within 18 months? With what? Your charm? It's not working for you. Through God? No. He doesn't indulge selfish dreams. Exodus 20:12 really means something to God.
Serious, you speak as a child. It's time for you to grow up.

Thats the point of the military or a boot camp for people to learn self respect and respect to authority. In her case, she can find a good purpose in life if she wants to join the force
Are you looking at scholarships? That can really help you but going overseas to college can be really expensive. BTW, don't worry about others saying you're not mature. If you truly believe you are ready then go for it and live your life. God Bless!!!

Better find something quiet and peaceful to do, listen to His music, etc. Have you started a journal? You can jot ur thoughts and emotions right now.. and

Well that person should have keep his or her comment to their selves. Instead of acting arrogrance and rude. This person obviously doesnt know how to counsel people while not having any manner what so ever.

Oh I got the joke, sweetie. However the joke is on YOU if you actually think being on your own is going to be one big party,because I guarantee it won't be. It will be very hard, difficult, expensive and frustrating to be taking care of yourself..
