A man at work is touching me a lot and I don't like him. Also someone at home makes me very angry.

Have you asked him to stop touching you? If you keep letting
him, why would he stop? I pray you find the courage to speak up.
Will it feel awkward and uncomfortable to do so? Probably. Don't let
that stop you. Having healthy boundaries will help you feel better about yourself.

I feel like he should know better. I've thought about saying something but he does the work I want to do and I don't want to say anything because I might not get to do the good work that I like if I say something. Like he'd not have me work in that stuff. I am thinking I might say something next time.

He is taking advantage of you and you are letting him get away with it for some possible reward. It is a classic case of power abuse. When he rapes you there will be a long history of you not rebuffing him. He will claim you never said "No" or "Stop."
 
here's a money saving idea

if you own a house, sell your house

if you are paying rent, stop paying rent, sleep at the parking lot at the police station,

if your boss find you there:sneaky:

if cops ask why you are there, explain your situation, and let the cop know that you also feel suicidal

may this help you turn the tables around

It stops for a while and then happens again and then stops for a while. I am not sure. I am waiting to find the right time to say what I am thinking.
